Always amazing and friendly customer service. A Littleton institution of deliciousness...

YUUMMMM!!! So good and super sweet lady! Will go back ASAP It was exactly what I was craving to the perfect touch!! read more

I have been a customer my entire life and earlier today I tried calling to place a pickup order. There was an issue with the phone so I called back, and someone answered saying "stop f***ing calling here". Sad to say, after 38 years coming with my family, I will not be coming back without an apology. I am highly disappointed and sad that someone would treat a customer like that. read more

Most amazing service ever! I've gone here since the seventies. The current management is amazing and is all about the customer experience. It's authentic Taco House and just makes us smile! read more

You Would think that a place like this that is rundown, and in desperate need of remodeling and repair would treat their local following a little bit better. Providing quality food that's affordable but no, This place is so over priced and expensive it's clear they're desperate for money but none of it goes back into the business. An "average" sized smothered burrito cost almost $17! $1.00 charge each for Tomatoes, Lettuce, onion?!?! I can see for guacamole and sour cream but the normal garnishes??come on.... I'm not sure who you are trying to cater too but y'all need to make some upgrades before you go charging prices like that. Weak. Will not ever go back. read more

Taco House - Does this look like it should costs $17.00? Hell no! I'd pay $13 tops for a burrito like this. - Tacos Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Love taco house! Expect fast food style. Order of enchiladas with onions, grab order or tacos and an iced tea. Wonderful!

I have been coming here for over 30 years and it never disappoints. Brings back so many memories. Food is great. Service is always friendly and fast. read more

4 star rating is given because this is a truly local colorado company. They have been here for decades and today I sampled a bean burrito for the first time in the same ingredients that go into fast food joints and your local restaurants will be found here. A five star rating will be given as local farms begin to support this business with really super clean ingredients. Love is infused in their food and you can feel it if you sit down inside and talk to the local staff. #HealthcareUndercover read more

Grew up in Littleton and never tried this place, but saw there was a drive up window a month ago while running errands and thought I'd give it a try. Ordered a guacamole tostada and the enchilada place- both were good. The tostada was tasty and crunchy with lots of fresh lettuce. Cheese enchiladas were delicious. Staff was nice. Portions were good and price was very reasonable. Are there better Mexican restaurants in Littleton? Probably. Was this a good option if you're looking for spontaneous take-out and don't want to get out of your car? Definitely. I'd pick up food from here again, for sure. read more

Service, very friendly and fast. Food, good, hot and nice portions. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

I've been loving on Taco House since we moved to Denver in the late 70s. It cheap, and greasy, and once in a while nothing hits the spot quite like TH! The #4 with extra onions is my favorite, with the smothered special combination a close 2nd. They are the best at what they do, cheap, fast and friendly Colo mex! read more

Look at my reviews for this place, I always give them the benefit of the doubt... New guy who is heavy set screwed up my order, obviously because he did NOT write anything down....had to get our own menu's ( NO ONE ELSE in the place!!! ) This guy never checked on us, did nothing but sit there! Big chick, with brown hair in apony tail, the kitchen kept cussing up a storm all the way from the kitchen, I mean every other word was a curse word....what trash HUGE leaks in the ceiling STILL NOT FIXED!!! read more

I have been going to Taco House for over 30 years. I believe the store on Littleton Boulevard in Littleton, Colorado is the best out of all of them. I travel quite the distance for the meal. They have good food, friendly staff and a homey atmosphere. The prices are reasonably priced. The menu is filled with a large array of foodie goodness. Taco House has been in the Denver Metro Area for over 50 years. I come from the old school "All You Can Eat," so I've had my fair share of this "Colorado Mex" over the years. I get the same thing every time. I even take my mother there for Mother's Day. My whole family loves the Taco House. Many forsake it. I think those forsakers are crazy and wrong. Support local businesses and give Taco House a try. You'll be glad you did. read more

Worst food I've ever had. I had three tacos that were beef, but had no resemblance to beef, more like soy paste, My companion had refried beans that were horrible, how do you mess up refried beans? We each had two bites and left the food, a waste of $12. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly read more

Same hole in the wall Mexican restaurant we grew up eating when we lived down there. Always get the #4. 3 cheese enchiladas. 1 chili con queso. 1 bean. And 1 guac. Always a must go when we're in town. read more

Taco House is probably the diviest little hole in the wall I have ever seen, but when I first noticed it last Friday night, it was absolutely hopping. We dropped by a couple of days later to get a quick snack. I'm not quite sure what the deal is because there was a sign on the door saying "No Entry" but inside, tables were quite clearly laid with flatware, napkins etc. A tiny photocopied menu is taped next to the drive-thru window but it was completely impossible to read, so we just ordered an assortment of items - tacos, enchiladas, chalupa etc, all around the $1.70 mark - plus a beef, bean and cheese burrito ($3.50). I was halfway through my taco - complaining about how totally bland it was - when I discovered the little tubs of salsa under the napkins in the bag! While the food was still decidedly mediocre, the salsa actually gave it some decent flavor. I'd rather have Del Taco, but this would be good as post-bar drunk food. read more

If you're looking for bland tasteless food served with an Fu attitude in a dubiously clean kitchen then this should be on the top of your list. I ordered their carne asada, what came out looks like the same ground beef my friend was having, had zero flavor, and when I asked the server about it she said that's carne asada charged me $11 for three tacos and said arasada looks like ground beef but it's not. For 11 bucks for three partially filled tacos with mediocre blend tasteless fillings I felt like I got mugged read more

Sorry, I hardly leave reviews...but dang this was a sad experience. The food here makes chipotle seem authentic. It's barely worthy of being fast food. the staff was nice but....yeah. I ate half of 3 tacos and then left to yelp's #1 rated taco spot to cleanse myself. Just a warning if you're hungry after thrifting across the street. read more

Our family has been going to the Taco House for decades. Their core menu items are still the same as they were when I was a child. For those who haven't been to The Taco House, their claim to fame is their Enchilada Sauce. The most popular combination is the #4. It's comes with 3 Cheese enchiladas and with 3 tostada shells with 1 bean, 1 guacamole and 1 queso toppings read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This place may be the worst Mexican food I've ever had in my life. If you can even call it Mexican food. This "restaurant" made me wish I was eating Taco Bell instead. I wish I could take back the last 30 minutes of my life. The chicken tacos were very bland and my brothers enchiladas were disgusting. The rice was crunchy and the refried beans were dry and flavorless. When we went inside the restaurant looked unsanitary and very messy. Please don't go here and hopefully this place will go under for all our sakes. read more

If you are crawling with 2 broken legs and just can't go any further without nourishment, then go ahead and eat here. Otherwise go just about anyplace else. Food Is more expensive than Taco Bell and not near as good. And TB isn't "great", but that should give u an idea. read more

Its cheap! Do you rememberwhen your mom made tacos in pre-made shells. NOT SPICY!! kids dont like that. That's the kind of tacos you find here. Bland, boring and cheap. Housed in a 1950's dry cleaner's building, it has a surprizingly large but spartan "dining" area. The counter girl was nice and served us round chips that obviously came from a bag. And the day we were here, the medium age was roughly 80. No wonder the food is so bland. I do not reccomend. read more

Sat down for some cheap Mexican food. Did not have high hopes. But when we ordered a couple of cokes and received chips that came from a bag served alongside the green slop that people from Colorado call "green chili," it was time to take a pass. We got up to leave, having consumed three chips and a few sips of coke and were presented with a bill for $5! Seriously? Suddenly the complimentary chips carried a charge and customer service was flushed down the toilet. On Cinco de Mayo no less! If this is what passes for customer service in this town, it makes me want to open a better Mexican food restaurant next door (I'll call it Taco Casa) and drive Taco House out of business. Never again. Nunca Màs! read more

Rude, inconsistent service, and meh food. 1. Nachos which was lack of Nacho 2. Cheese Enchiladas which was lack of cheese 3. Ground beef which was lack of real beef I won't be surprised if this is a money laundering front.. How are they staying open?! read more

The food is really good and the service is amazing. The chili cheese smother is delicious on the burrito and the chile relleno.

Taco House has perfectly acceptable take-out Mexican fare. They even have a drive-up window for this purpose. Daily specials and some of the hotter "green" chile around. I'd equate their food to Chubby's (the two locations on I-225/Miss. and Quebec/County Line). Note that I said "take-out", because the interior has all the appeal of a late 70's truck stop. Probably not a place you'd take a date to, but a place you'd hit up with your friends. read more

Waited five minutes at the drive through. Workers saw me completely ignored me. What a shitty way to do business.

They are rude and they can't get your order right they always make up total of your total when you get the same thing it a different price each time I would not recommend going there if I go to a taco house i would go to the one on Federal read more

This place is starting to get a little irritating!! We pulled up there last night around 5:00 to help our daughter celebrate passing a major test. (Taco House was what she was craving!). AND they were CLOSED!!! Normal (or abnormal!), closing time is 7:00. This made for the SECOND time for us that we have tried to go here, but it was closed!!! We've about had it & may not go back!!! read more

Very inexpensive food that taste great. They will be open soon again anyway now. Don and Dora D' Andrea have donated food to us postal workers in Downtown Littleton and they are wonderful people. Would you share the same kindness to them. Please?!? read more

Taco House - They have been an institution for almost 60 years - Tacos Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Only have had the tacos here which couldnt be more american gringo...blech! Not the least bit authentic

So what if it looks the same going in as it does coming out? How about some retried beans? Yes, I meant to type retried... The salsa is the best in the galaxy - maybe even the universe. read more

This place should not receive any stars. The food is horriable and you pay a rediclous amount of money for slop. A can of Stokes is 100 times better than that crap. Their idea of Spanish rice is uncle Ben's minute rice with taco seasoning. We will never patronize this place again. read more

Not very good at all. Tried their ground beef and chicken soft tacos. They're a fast food style place so they need to keep costs down obviously. Everything tastes and appears to be pre-made and ordered from a food distributor. There definitely wasn't any cooking going on in the kitchen, just food kept hot and put together when you order. The ground beef was especially bad, as I was not able to finish a single one of those tacos. The chicken was a little better, but still sub par. It was pre-made "grilled" chicken. Both proteins reminded me of del taco. Place isn't for me, but it was pretty cheap if you're needing to eat on a budget. Just keep your expectations managed. read more

Thought we'd give Taco house a go again after 7 years. They charged $4.50 for some cheese whiz that they consider queso and the lady at the front counter wanted to argue about a plain Beef & Bean burrito that was supposed to be $3.75 turned out to be $8.20 for some stupid reason, misleading menu and disrespectful counter help, didnt even want to give us to-go drinks! Our server was very helpful though! I hope she can last there trying to make bills considering management flaws! Food was as expected, average. read more

I really want to like this place. It's a total dive in an odd location, which means it should have the best mexican food ever. Unfortuantely, it doesn't. I've been here a few times now and it's a different experience every time. The tacos seem to be relatively dependable. Nothing special, just a basic taco for $0.80. Everything else is hit or miss. Some times it's good, sometimes it tolerable, sometimes it's terrible. Bottom line: If you need a cheap snack, the tacos are dependably decent. Try something different if you're feeling brave. 2 stars for the food, one star for the prices. read more

I live up the street, my dad really likes this place but it's hard for me to see why. Del taco is close by and this place is still open? I like the drive thru aspect but if your restaurant were any better your drive thru would definitely need a remodel. It can hold 2 cars max. The food is bland and just not very good quality at all. Though I do give you some credit every neighboring restaurant, aside from the hotdog place and Luis, is absolutely disgusting. If your passing through in a hurry I guess this would be acceptable. At least it's not fried yak or dog. read more

Sadly, Taco house is under new ownership/management from the old days and it doesn't live up to their former glory. Rude staff, short hours, ingridients that aren't fresh - would not recommend anyone looking for a trip to nostalgia when they're in denver to come here; because it doesn't exist any longer read more

I have to agree with the other users that said this place looked like a dive...it does...and that is precisely why a friend and I decided to try it out. However...we were disappointed to find out that this dive unfortunately didn't have very good food :-( There were only two other people in the place when we cane in but it took them about 5 minutes to come over and take our order?? We split some tacos and enchiladas and were surprised at how tasteless they were. The whole time we were there I kept thinking this was a poorly executed knock off of a taco bell...but don't get me wrong...I much prefer the tacos at taco bell. Save your money and hit the drive through at any fast food taco place for a better set of tacos. read more

This place is classic! It feels like an old-style diner that happens to serve Americanized Mexican food instead of greasy spoon grub. The ladies are nice and the food is very inexpensive. It's just like the 'Mexican food' your folks made growing up, if you're a gringo. Summary: Cheap, simple, retro. read more
