I've replied multiple times explaining that I never agreed to receive marketing texts and asking to be removed from their list, yet the messages continue. There is a big difference between marketing to current customers and repeatedly texting someone who intentionally stopped patronizing the business years ago. Using customer contact information in this way feels intrusive and disrespectful.
