The food is mediocre & far away from ever being anything just imitating traditional Mexican cuisine. The store has been remodeled but the crew members & managers still condone bad attitudes towards customers & are still failing to make food in timely matter having customers ensure long wait times at a drive thru at all hours of the day. I would not suggest this Taco bell if your in a hurry the staff has not figured out that their customers want fast food & getting it at this dive will cost you more than what you paid. read more

I wouldn't eat here if my life depended on it. I used the restroom before ordering and that bathroom literally hadn't been cleaned, wiped down, nothing, I mean it is disgusting. The sink alone was covered in scum, female hair and just grime. I watched an employee walk out of the bathroom and even if she did wash her hands, she had to touch that uncleaned sink. Just passing through. The employee at the window(who wasn't wearing her nametag) spent about 2 mins gossiping with the car in front of us. As soon as we pulled up the first things we hear out of her mouth are her swearing at the soda machine using the f word multiple times. Don't even bother if your looking for a quick breakfast if your on the toad, they are supposed to open at 7 am, we stoped in at 730 am only to be told they wouldn't have any eggs ready for another 20 minutes. So no breakfast for us. How do you serve anything breakfast, which requires eggs, with no eggs. When your supposed to open at 7 am and at 7:30 am your still not ready to go? I waited about 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment of standing at the counter. Then, someone from behind the counter comes up with a guest's order in two bags, literally drops them on the counter, yells out a number, and exclaims, "Sorry for the wait." as she's turning away. Then, the guest gets their order and apparently it's not right. That just confirmed my gut instinct. So, it's off to Burger King. As I write this I'm enjoying my meal. Yes, I'm reviewing a Taco Bell, and yes, it totally deserves it. We did the drive through, and got a 99 cent burrito & 2 tacos, cantina burrito, & a crunchwrap. The cashier was friendly and attentive--we suspect she actually prepared our food because my bean burrito actually looked like the menu picture, in that it was bursting with a firm & even amount of ingredients--not the floppy bean smeared tortilla I've come to expect. All the ingredients were fresh and crunchy, delicious and so unlike every other Taco Bell experience we've ever had. Keep it UP! :) read more

One thing I can say, is that this is a clean Taco Bell. But, it's deceiving. I call this store Loogy Bell. There are always local kids hanging out. They mix different flavored sodas with free water cups-pouring have finished sodas down the drain. They spit over the utensils and straws into the garbage can. This is where the name Loogy Bell originated. Some of the kids are the children of employees and the manager. The servers at the register are more interested in socializing with the kids than in doing their job. I decided to use the drive thru after witnessing the disgusting behavior and loogies. I ordered a burrito and I'm not kidding, it was so cold that I thought it was taken out of the refrigerator. I haven't been back into the store since I saw the Loogy. And, like I mentioned earlier, I tried the drive-thru next and I haven't been back since the cold burrito. read more

Worst customer service ever..... very slow and they can't seem to stop talking to each other....they think they are alone so customer service is a NO with them.... we waited at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes because they wouldn't tell the driver to move out & they would bring the order out...either that OR they just didn't consider that at all...our food came to us cold & the kid at the window looked frustrated because the servers were all talking nonsense instead of helping..I've tried several times to rate them better but not. I went through the drive through around 2pm today, just a bit ago. Whoever was running the drive through needs to reevaluate their attitude and question to themselves if being rude to costumers because they don't know what they want is acceptable work behavior. Absolutely not okay. As a manager running another store I am very well understanding of how costumer service should be experienced. If you are unable to succeed in costumer service and treat civilians who work everyday as well as yourself with respect then why work in costumer service. Right off the freeway and staff was friendly which was a plus however it's extremely dirty. The bathroom was pretty bad and didn't have a changing table which I guess I wouldn't have used anyway due to the lack of cleanliness. The high chair didn't look like it had ever been cleaned so I took it upon my self to wipe it down. I used 5 disinfectant wipes (which ended up black) in hopes to help the next mama out. read more

Employees, if you read this, you were pleasant enough but it would be nice if you actually put more than 5 grains of cinnamon on your twists since after all, they're called "CINNAMON" twists...smh. Terrible food and service. I should have known better, but my daughter talked me into it. Never again! I ordered a burrito, taco and soda for myself. I was handed the soda which had sticky soda all over the outside. I asked for a napkin and the young girl offered to clean it off, which she did, partly. When I drive home to went to eat my lunch (about a mile away) I opened up my Taco to find the taco shell to be soggy. The meat had very little flavor. Veggies were crisp but had a funny taste like some sort of preservative was on it. The burrito, was disgusting! The tortilla was rubbery as if it was microwaved. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! Consistently long waits, whether or not they are busy. The location is convenient, so I sometimes stop here when I'm on I-5 and can't wait to get to real food. I have Experienced unreasonably long waits each and every time I came here. Today they put cheese on my burrito even though my ticket said no cheese. I didn't even want to wait for them to fix it because they are so slow.
