I just want to give this place a shout out for getting all my orders 100% correct all week. I'm vegan so I make a few modifications to each menu item I order. I ate here 5x last week (my mom was in the hospital across the street, lol don't judge) and they got every modification correct each time. They even made me a confetti cookie freeze without cream, which wasn't a modification allowed on the app or kiosk screen. But they happily did it (and it was delicious). One day I ate my food in the dining room instead of taking it to go, and staff were cleaning the tables and it generally looked clean. It's a relatively newly remodeled location too so it's not old or dingy. I would recommend this to any Taco Bell fan needing a quick bite in this area. read more

Decent Taco Bell. We ran down from Great Wolf to get my mom some tacos for dinner while she babysat for date night. It's nice that it's only a two minute drive, they have a drive-through that moves quickly, and it's in a nice shopping center with Walmart and a bunch of other easy things to stock up on. read more

The manager Mr. Gibbs / Gills was very rude. There was a shouting match between another customer and him over getting a drink cup and some hot sauce. Several other employees were also rude with sarcastic attitudes. Avoid this restaurant read more

So after striking out at three other fast food joints in the area I just wanted to get a quick meal to take back to my room at that point. I wasted more gas in one food venture than I would have liked. But, I was just happy to find a place that didn't have downed computers and had food in stock to sale. I placed my order and pulled around. Finally had food in hand, and I might add that one of the few places that include the utensils if you order an item that would need them. I didn't check the bag before I pulled away, but when I finally did get to my room and open it up, everything that I ordered was in the bag. What was disappointing about this was that they literally thrown together. Half of the food I had to semi assemble myself. I have mixed feelings about this Taco Bell. It still strikes me odd that the registers aren't open inside the store but instead having the customers using the kiosk. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla to go and instead of using a bag to keep it flat they put it in a bag that folded my quesadilla. The quesadilla itself was cut oddly. Nice place. The app helped since it is so easy to use and place an order. Places order and all I had to do was get to the drive-thru and tell them my name. The portions were slightly smaller than what I expected, but the quality of the chicken made up for it partially! May order a drive-thru one more time before I head back home. P. I live in Williamsburg and I always drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell, instead of the Taco Bell near me on John Tyler "the bad Taco Bell". Today was the first time my family and I ate inside since COVID restrictions. I was very impressed with how friendly and welcoming both people that were at the registers. I wish I could give names. As my family and I ate at the tables I noticed a woman who worked there cleaning the tables and floors every time customers left the table. She left everything very clean for the next customer. I will continue to drive out of my way to this location. The food is always made correctly and tastes great! read more

My boyfriend and I had gone to taco bell simply for the quesorito. Earlier today i had gone to a taco bell and ordered a quesarito and they were able to make it for me. Then I go to this Taco Bell drive thru and they tell me it's not "sold in stores" So I do what any person would do and head onto the app to see if i'm able to order it... And i place an order for one. My boyfriend then tells them at the window that he also was picking up an app order. She then proceeded to be rude and tell us that we need to say something at the order screen... Then says she "needs to talk to her manager". I'm guessing her manager told her that we could get it because we ended up getting the quesarit.But I am still very disappointed with the customer service I received. I keep hoping when I go it'll change but it is always the same rude service. read more

By far the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. Ordered my food and when I received it, it was not correct. Instead of sending the food back, I asked for the sour cream that was missing on the side. Cashier happily gave it to me. As I was eating, the cashier came to my table and said I needed to pay for the sour cream. I explained that I had ordered 3 soft taco supremes with no tomato and got regular soft tacos instead. And that instead of sending them back, I would take the sour cream on the side. She went back to the manager and explained it to him. He sent her back saying I still needed to pay. I then went up with my receipt and food to show that it was incorrect and the manager just blamed the cashier for ringing it up wrong and still wouldn't back down. I tried to point out that I had ordered and paid for the 3 soft taco supremes and didn't receive them. He still blamed the cashier. At that point, the food was cold and I was pissed. I informed him I didn't want any of it any more. He said fine, and walked back to the back. I left. After leaving, my son went up and tried to see what he could do because I had returned most of my food. The manager came back and continued to blame the cashier, and then blamed me for arguing with him. read more

Just went through the drive thru and encountered a nasty acting person who shouldn't be dealing with the public! Asked for no sour cream nor cheese (lactose intolerance) on a seven layer burrito and instead the woman was charging me for extra rice. I understand it could be easy to misunderstand on the speaker system so I advised her that I didn't ask for extra rice and repeated the no cheese no sour cream and I didn't receive a response....I repeated again the order. Silence and then finally a woman projected in a nasty tone of voice, "She's fixing it!" Inexcusable behavior and off I went to Subway where they are without exception so nice and accommodating with a fantastic attitude. read more

This Taco bell is very hit or miss. You can either come here and get your food instantly or you can wait forever. I give 3 stars because half my experience were positive and half were negative. The worst experience I had here was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes with 4 people each of us ordering 1 dollar menu item as a snack. This service was pathetic and we had literally one car in front of us. I get they had one person working but a monkey could make 4 items faster. Another bad experience was when I went up and asked for no tomatoes on my nachos bell grande. The lady then hands me my dish and says "You wanted extra tomatoes correct?". My Beefy Frito's burrito also wasn't grilled that time as well. Besides some other 10-15 minute wait times those were the 2 main bad experiences here. I have probably been here a lot too and have had some good experiences. Sometimes you get your food nice and hot which seems rare from taco bell. They also seem to put more than they're supposed to on items as well which is always nice. All in all this isn't the worst taco bell on the planet. I've never actually had an Okay experience though it tends to be really great or really bad. read more
