This Taco Bell is always nasty and messy. The staff is regularly rude to everyone and not kind nor helpful. I've watch them turn away a disabled customer and refuse to take their order since they were in a wheelchair. If you try to use the drive way it's regularly a 30-45 minute wait for your food. I've asked to speak to a manager a couple times and it seems like everyone is the manager but non of them actually are nor do they care to respond to issues. I've ask for 10 hot sauces for my 10 tacos and all I got was about 400 hot sauces and no food and then no one would help me after the fact. They will say they only have one person working but you'll see 5-7 of them outside by their car smoking weed. With the door of the building open. If Waupaca county food inspectors really cared I feel they'd close this place down. I regularly tell friends and family that come up not to eat there. If giving Zero stars was a thing I'd give them zero. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told no beef here for over an hour on Cinco De Mayo day. Was forced to order other items with no discount. Manager not helpful to guests who need help on kiosk. Do NOT eat here, place is filthy dirty. Forced to order on dirty Kiosk. Went to bathroom to wash hand and no soap or hand sanitizer. Talked to girl manager who didnt care and said "It's been that way for months now" When questioned about public safety and food handling since female employees are not washing hands she said, "we just go into the mens bathroom if we need to...have a nice day" I told her I was a nurse at the help department and she didnt care and walked away. How hard is it to buy a bottle of hand soap at the dollar store in the interum? I am sure the dispensers only need soap and battery to run them but lazy workers! Called Taco Bell and they said someone would call me in 7 days! 7 more days of getting our community members sick? I asked to escalate my complaint and they said 7 days. Ridiculous and unacceptable. DO NOT EAT Here. Calling the local health department tomorrow. Shame on Taco Bell all the way around!!! For being a frequent customer that spends a lot of there money here to be called disrespectful, and not able to be served just because we gave you advice to update an app so people aren't paying for what they can't get is absolutely mind boggling!! If you don't have ground meat that basically goes on more than half the menu, you should probably put that in ur app!! Man oh man was this awesome! the food was great, delivery of the food to us wasn't that long at all considering they were quite busy . . .BUT, the star of all this has to be the young lady in drive thru! I think her name was Kayla or Kaylin . . .(Sorry if I misspelled your name) but, this young lady was all about everything... We walked in..she came over to us after a minute or so cause she was very busy in drive-thru...She took our order, very pleasant, friendly..and went back to drive-thru, helping others, doing some other work related stuff etc . . .All while being right on time with the customers in drive-thru ...I myself could not even think about doing what she was doing . . .I mean everything accept actually preparing the food (at least not while we were there)...I was blown away as well as my wife . . .AWESOME JOB! There's literally a problem every time we're here. Tonight we went through the drive through and placed our order. We payed the full price for our food and they forgot our Chalupa meal. After we realized it we went back through and told the young man in the window that they forgot our chalupa meal. He was professional about it but it was the young blonde girl in the back that shouted out "Well if those fuckers absolutely fucking need it then we'll fucking make it!" Honestly the people at this location are always so nice. Literally this lady works here every night and she is always the nicest person ever even when the people infront of us are honking and being rude she always is nice every order. I never catch her name but she honestly a raise, along with the guys that work there they are always enthusiastic and even if there is a mess up they correct it and give a coupon. I replace chicken instead of beef everytime and they always do it the right way and are very friendly. 10/10 best location I've been to. read more

Worst Taco Bell food I've had in a long time. My tacos had a very thin layer of meat and a very thick layer of lettuce. My large soda was completely full of ice, all the way to the top, leaving very little room for my actual soda. The window lady was kind tho. The food just isn't worth it. read more

An occasional lunch visit for me, this Taco Bell offers a good lunch for a good price. Some of the workers are pleasant, some are not, it varies day to day. The restaurant is typically clean and pleasing to visit. Orders are completed very quickly. read more

My husband and I waited 25 minutes for simple taco's and 1 Mexican pizza without explanation from staff that they were behind. This is not the first time we have experience poor service. Seven other families waiting before us. Staff gave everyone dining-in their food served in bags. Management needs to be present . I've been here a few times. I am from out of state. The first couple times I did the drive thru and I wasn't impressed with the wait time. Almost seemed like a bunch of teenagers were running this joint. But today I decided to come in and sit down and there is 1 employee in particular that is just amazing. She greets everyone with a smile on her face and is just genuinely HAPPY. Not fake happy. And she knows the menu. And after the huge line was taken care of she went straight to clean tables and pick up trays all while being so friendly to everyone! And her name is Ashley!
