Great location. It's in the strip shopping area of Plover / Stevens Point. It's easy to find and the parking is plenty. We stopped here after Christmas shopping. Inside, everything is new. They have plenty of seating so you get a choice of booth or table. We were seated and then our drink order was taken promptly. Inside had good lighting. The waitresses and waiters had the same uniform on: all in black. I thought that was nice and they were easy to spot. It was such a comfortable and laid back atmosphere. I reviewed their menu and I don't believe I saw anything over $15. They have a decent sized menu. Their lunch special ends at 2:30pm Monday through Saturday which was $5.50 a plate. Sunday's are $6.50. We didn't try any desserts. I ordered a combo plate #8, enchilada with a tamale, rice and beans. But they gave me #6, enchilada with a hard shell taco, rice and beans. Yeah, I just wanted a tamale so bad. I was so disappointed when they didn't give me the right order. I didn't realize until half way through, I was like "Where's the tamale?" It's ok, same price. Our waitress was sweet. She came to check up on us a few times but never came to refill our water. My husband says that the plates were not as big as other places we've been to in town. The flavoring of the food were ok; not great, not bad, just ok. We like that they had a sauce bar so you can choose the salsas you'd like to try.

Lunch on Sunday. Parking: plenty…read more Service: quick. Had our Dos XX lager and amber beers immediately along with the chips and salsa. The chips were crisp, not too much salt. The salsa was just right, favorable. The waiter came by and refilled the salsa bowl. We placed our orders. The meals were on the table in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and decorated. The waiter came by a few times during the meal to see if everything was okay. Food: My wife ordered a simple salad bowl with chicken in it which she loved. Had to take some home. I ordered the Fajita Tulum with beef, chicken and shrimp. It came out sizzling. Plenty of meat. I had to take half of it home with 2 of the tortillas. Along with the fajita mix were refried beans, pico de gallos, guacamole, rice, and sour cream. This was very good. Which is a problem for me...when I return to a restaurant, having liked the first meal, I end up getting the same thing again. Cost: it was reasonable, given today's prices. Go back: Absolutely. We've been to a number of restaurants in Plover recently, including a few mexican style restaurants. I've placed this on the top of my "go to" restaurants in Plover.

I live in the area so this is my go to Taco Bell if I should need a late night bite or crave cheap…read moretacos. Therefore I've been to this establishment many times: for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night. The breakfast and lunch crew are pretty awesome. They earned the first star. Anytime I visited during these few hours, my order is on point and I even get small talk. Sometimes my order is even brought to my seat by a smiling employee. Thumbs up. The dinner and late-night crew is terrible. Another star for opening late because my Husband needs his crunchy taco and chalupa fix at least twice a month. I guarantee that the order will be messed up somehow. He always order the #6: two supreme beef chalupas with a crunchy taco and a Mountain Dew. They always forget a chalupa or the taco. This just happened 4-days ago. So always check your order before driving off! We've visited at 9:40 pm once and all the employees were outside, smoking with some friends in the parking lot. As we drove up to the drive-thru, that was when they all ran inside to take our order. One of them was even speaking in a fake accent when taking our order. We could hear his co-workers laughing uncontrollably in the background. I've reported the messed up orders to Taco Bell a few times with no response. I'm done. Not visiting this place anymore. We'll make tacos at home!

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to; and I would most definitely say the worst food…read moreplace I have ever encountered. The customer service was terrible, I waited for 20 minutes and stood right by the counter, and yet I had not gotten one bit of attention. On top of the ridiculous wait for their attention, I had to wait yet another 20-30 minutes just to get food, and the food itself was subpar at best; it was cold, way too saucy, and left out most of the actual ingredients. To top it off, the inside wasnt even a nice place to stand. I was harassed by bugs and a sticky floor. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. If I had the option of eating here for free, I'd rather starve.
