Ordered using Tacobell app. For a drive up pickup of the their box with chalupa with black beans / taco with refried beans/ comes with chips and cheese cup . Went to pickup at the location on Vestal parkway in Walmart area.few cars ahead but their drive up call station has radio connection by give in my name they posted my order on the nearby menu screen and it was correct as I had replaced beef with beans and no ice in my drink . Service was fast and picked up order at pickup window as it was paid up earlier charging my credit card .. drive up road surface had large pot holes which I have seen for few other visits in last few months but has not been addressed yet !! I asked for no lettuce on my taco and they didn't put on the lettuce. The service is friendly. The employees did not laugh and giggle at customers. They did know how to train. The managers didn't yell at new hires. The manager dosn't need a new job. They handle situations terribly. The exterior and area around TB is very clean. Last night I went through the drive-thru around midnight and ordered 4-taco supremes (2 soft and 2 hard). The tortillas for the soft tacos were literally cold like they just came out of the fridge, and the 2 hard taco supremes came with only meat and cheese and were luke warm at best. Unfortunately by the time I realized this the line was now 10-cars deep so I wasn't about to sit around and wait. I decided to call today just to make the manager aware of the issues (I wasn't looking for anything in return) and when I asked to speak to the manager on duty I heard him tell the lady who answered the phone "Just tell them I'm too busy, you can just talk to them". So half my order was cold and half my order was completely wrong. Thanks for bending me over for $17 and then refusing to get on the phone, never again! read more

The food is good, the atmosphere is good and clean. But the service is very very slow, drive thru and in store. Today I had a mobile order in the drive thru. I got in at 11:47PM with a mobile order ready to pick up thru the drive thru, got to the speaker at 12:07. Then they took my order at 12:12, got my drink and asked me to pull over and they'll bring it to me outside. After all that I finally got my food at 12:24. It's kind of ridiculous. Like why are we all waiting in line for over a half an hour, what is going on inside? To the point where I begin to question if they forgot about me at the speaker or in the spot they told me to pull over in. In person, I've had similar experience around 8pm or so. Unfortunately it seems to be a thing here. I understand places are short staffed a lot nowadays, but at this point, close earlier or something Definitely consider a long line here before getting stuck in line. read more

So rude..... all I asked was if I could get an estimated time on my order and he started screaming at me about how they were busy (which i understand) and I get it could be stressful but as someone in customer service that was an unacceptable way to handle the situation. read more

Awful. Nobody knows how to train. Employees are awful. Always laughing and giggling at each other when there customers at the front. Mangers yelling at new hires telling them to do drive thru by themselves when there is a line all the way to the end of the drive thru. Manager needs a new job and should not be a manger. Manager also puts people on schedule when you take it off. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this is by far the fastest and most accurate Taco Bell I've ever visited. I used to be a student at Binghamton University and this was the closest Taco Bell to where my friends and I were living. We visited many, many times at all hours of the day, in the drive-thru and inside at the counter, and every time I went my order was made to perfection. My favorites: The quesarito (all varieties are delicious but I'm a vegetarian so I usually get the black bean kind - not always listed on the menu so just ask for it) and the Crunchwrap Supreme. But really, it's Taco Bell, everything on the menu is delicious. Just wanted to give this location some kudos for being extra awesome at what they do. read more

Just went to this Taco Bell, just now and the drive thru worker was a total bitch, couldn't see her name tag but she had red hair and it was a bun. She had a total attitude and seemed rude as hell. Yesterday morning went to get breakfast at 745 am only to find out they changed their hours to not opening until 9 am everyday now!! Just as the NY States start opening up other businesses the ones that have been open the whole time with drive through service decide to change. What can I say, it is a Taco Bell. Taco Bell more than any other fast food chain is consistent as far as the food goes. Service sometimes varies at the Bell but typically the food doesn't. In this case the service is typically good. While I wouldn't give it 4 stars if I was evaluating it as a Mexican restaurant, for a fast food chain place it deserves it. read more

Out of all the years I have been going to this Taco Bell they have gotten my order right 99% at the drive threw. No issues with going inside. This is much better then the other places around here. The food is good but not like the Taco Bells down in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The lines can be long inside and out but that seams to go with all the Taco Bells I have been to. This particular Taco Bell was horrible. The food was fine but the service was actually pathetic. These women were incredibly rude, yelled profanities at each other in the back loud enough that every could hear, and stood outside of the Taco Bell telling people not to come in even though they didn't close for another 20 minutes, and the drive thru was open for another 4 hours so it's not like they had to clean up the kitchen. The food also took forever to come out. Quite frankly I will not be going back to this Taco Bell at night. read more

Waited in drive through for about 10 minutes for the ONE car in front of us. When we got up there, the girl on the speaker just said "hi". Never said she could take our order. Sat a good 5 minutes longer & then yelled "hello" & got a very snotty "hello" back. Asked if they could take our order & got another snotty "yeah". Gave our order & got to the window & waited another 5 minutes. Got my food handed to me in a bag with no handles that was so full it didn't close. Got home & I couldn't get my taco salad out of the bag because the lid wasn't on & it would have dumped all over, adding to the cinnamon twists that were already all over the bottom of the bag. I'm a semi-regular customer of Taco Bell and I've consistently gotten good service. the register operators are kind and do their jobs well. Never have I dealt with a rude worker from there and the managers are polite as well. I love Taco Bell, even though it is not the best food for my health, I have it every once in a while. The breakfast is to die for. The breakfast items that they serve are better than all of the other fast food chains. This is one of the stores that I visit the most and every time I come here, I get good service! Keep up the good work! read more

Just like any other Taco Bell. I work nearby, so I come to this one often. I've never had my order come out wrong, the food was always cooked well, and the employees aren't dismissive or rude, which is the best thing you can say about fast food workers. If you're in the Vestal area and you want some quick and easy fast food, you can't get much better than this. read more
