well I hate to leave a review like this but feel it is necessary I love Taco Bell however Our Vernon, Tx location has serious issues with management. I do love Taco Bell food when they have it. Everytime I go in there they are out of something, Tonight went in there and they were out of chips for the chips and cheese that my daughter likes. They are always out of Mild sauce, oh and out of Pepsi as well. That was just stuff on my order. Didn't even tell me they were out of the pepsi when I ordered it then when i discovered it was empty they didn't say anything until I asked if they were going to change the cylinder. Thats when they told me they were out. They had 5 employees working and I was the only customer in there. Yet next door McDonalds was wrapped around the drive through and not 1 car at taco bell. and they wonder why that stores like this don't make it. I pray they can fix it because I really do like the food. Then the employee that came to refund me when I stated that its frustrating as this always happens at this store. I asked if they were Francise or company store, she advised franchise, and they don't give them a budget to order food. I have been in there and have videos of obscene rap music blaring in the store as well. Wasn't like that tonight but has been several times in the past. I hardly ever write reviews but am making this a special occasion. We are traveling from Natchitoches, Lousiana to New Mexico by road and stopped in Vernon for the night, arriving just before closing time with a tired seven year old in tow. Despite it being close to closing, the staff made our order fresh and to a person they were incredibly kind, professional and helpful to us after our 6 hour drive from Natchitoches. Our family has actually never encountered such a nice, engaging group of employees at a Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant before and I wanted to say it. The location was clean, the food tasted better than the usual fare, and I just can't say how much we enjoyed the experience. Kudos to every member of the staff, we are grateful, you left us with a real appreciation for Texas hospitality. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Nachos had 2 cold clumps of beef and beans. When I let them know they were out of one of the drinks the girl rudely replied "yes I know". Employees were hanging out in the dining area making out. read more

I went in for some tacos and a drink to go. Food was good but the drink which was supposed to be Dr.Pepper was just carbonation. It wasn't even brown. I didn't see or taste it till I got to where I was going. Just an easy messed up that could've been avoided. read more

This was our worst decision on a 2000 mile road trip. With no car ahead of us, we sat at the window after getting drinks and paying for 8 minutes! I would understand if it was busy inside, but I only saw one order being given inside. Meanwhile the girl from the window who never smiled once at us, was talking and laughing with what looked to be a supervisor while both just stood there with their arms crossed. Could have been perfect if it wasn't for the consistently slow drive-thru. Whereas the service and the wait time on a meal inside is perfectly acceptable, the wait time going through the drive-thru is twice as long. The last time I went through the drive-thru I sat there for half an hour before I was able to get my meal, adding onto the twenty minutes I had spent waiting on the line to move. read more
