They brought in new staff from who knows where to run the facility and in this time, my coffee order has gone from 3 to 5 minutes to about 17 minutes waiting for my coffee. The other day I pulled up and overheard the new staff telling the delivery guy about why the other employees were fired, which I thought was completely unprofessional. Why does the delivery driver need to know the business? She was well aware that there was people in line with their windows open and could hear very clearly what was being said. I thought this was just completely unprofessional and out of line. As I am sure there's probably something stating they're not supposed to be talking about whatever happened. I used to be a scooters buyer. However, since the new management and wait times, I probably won't be back.

They needed to change out the ice cream bag, but instead of handling it, the staff kept serving other customers. I stood there waiting... and waiting... while at least eight other orders were completed before they finally addressed it. By the time I got everything, my food was cold and the fries were limp. The chocolate shake was basically a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup poured in, not mixed at all. When I tried to drink it, it was watery and nothing like a milkshake. Honestly, I should have trusted my instincts and walked out when I saw how messy and disorganized the fry area was. The whole operation felt chaotic. What a disappointing and frustrating stop.
