But not once has anyone come back to check on me, apologize for the wait, or even acknowledge I'm still sitting here. What makes it worse is I already paid with a credit card, so now I can't even just leave without trying to get a refund. I even have a 360 snapshot showing how empty this place is. I try to be understanding, but communication goes a long way. A simple "sorry for the wait" would've changed this whole experience.
