This place was packed almost every table was full. We were immediately greeted, seated and brought chips, salsa and our drink order was taken. I ordered the pork tamales with rice and beans and my other party ordered a chicken quesadilla. Our server was the owner and he brought us another round of chips salsa and topped off our water and ice tea. Then our meal arrived shortly afterwards. The pork tamales were freshly made and full of lightly seasoned pork drizzled with red sauce. So good. The rice was very light with a hint of garlic and chicken broth flavoring. After briefly chatting again with the owner I let him know that I we were regulars at the Wichita Falls location near shepherds Air Force Base, which happened to be where his brother was working.
