Taco Bell is one of my favorites for quick classic fast food. I usually get the Mexican pizza, which never disappoints. Such is the case here. Did not disappoint. I love spicy but I am not a big fan of the Diablo sauce. The flavor of it is off for me. Everything up to the fire is delicious. Fire is my favorite actually. Some of the other items I order are a bean and cheese burrito with extra onions and Both sauces, and a beef, potato, cheese burrito with no sour cream add extra nacho cheese. Killer!!! Of all of the a Taco Bell's I've been to, I enjoy this one the very least. I've found myself here three times in the last few months and each time was the same... one more chance... No More. Incredibly EACH time it was if no one wanted to take my order, though there seemed to be an abundance of staff on duty. There isn't much you can hope for when it comes to fast food. I have stopped eating at a lot of fast food places because of that fact, but I still love me some Taco Bell. That being said, this is the worst Taco Bell I know of. There is no steady reliability to the quality of their food. I would have to estimate that 1 out of every 8 times I visit this Taco Bell, it is the Taco Bell I am craving. The other 7 times, the tortilla's are stale, the lettuce actually seems like it is so opposite of fresh that it is wilted and it doesn't taste right. These seven out of eight times that I make the poor decision to grab Taco Bell food (because it is so close to my house) leaves me with stomach issues for the night and next day. I know, right about now you are asking 'why would you subject yourself to this and still return to do it time after time?!' To which I reply: I love me some Taco Bell. I used to live near the valley and in Los Angeles. The Taco Bell on topanga canyon is great. Some of these restaurants had their business together and actually put out quality food. There was a girl there named Cecillia and she did not let me do two orders when I wanted more food, and I have done 2 or orders at this Taco Bell before and even 3. This time this girl made it an issue and there was only one vehicle behind me. I rarely frequent Taco Bell but when I heard about the new Cinnabon delights coffee I wanted to try it so before work I went through the drive thru and ordered the Cinnabon delights coffee on ice which is offered on the menu what I was handed was a lukewarm watered down melted stale coffee that tasted nothing like Cinnabon but only tasted like it had a bit of creamer and sugar in it I brought it back into the store and Natalie who has served me the coffee was there when I came back in she told me thats just how it is I said no any place else I order iced coffee it is on ice and not warm and melted she didn't even offer to remake it for me and when I asked for a refund she demanded I give back the free four piece that is given with the order it was absolutely ridiculous and I got very upset I will never go back to this Taco bell read more

Taco Bell is a prime fast food go-to for my wife and I but we are never coming back to this location. Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. The service was awful, first of all. There was no one at the counter so I just stood there for several minutes until someone came out. If I hadn't been noticed by one of the "cooks" the I would have been waiting even longer. Apparently paying attention to customers that walk in the door is not a priority. The unenthusiastic guy that finally helped us went back into a dungeon or something and the next two customers that came in later had a similar, uncomfortable wait until he crawled back out to assist. Again, someone had to call him away from whatever else they had him doing. Then the wait was extremely long for the steakhouse nachos we ordered even though it was not busy, although the drive through seemed full, but also not moving very quickly. Finally, the $6+ nachos were a disappointment. Tons of chips but barely any cheese or steak!! Also, I forgot how tasteless Taco Bell chips are. My wife thought we should ask for more steak, considering how much it cost compared to other menu items, but I had no faith that I wouldn't have to stand there for 5 minutes to get help.
