Yummy food! Was a bit messy coming out of the bag but no biggy. Staff is friendly. The space is too small for all the staff, the customers, and the parking is kind of tight. The location itself and the hours are very convenient. I am not sure what they could do about the location besides moving to a whole nother site, but as long as they can stay pretty much in the same area, they would be fine. This place is very close to Nagwon Garden. Maybe they could pay Nagwon Garden or the tenant owner $30 a day on Fridays and weekends to allow customers to park there and walk the half block on the same side of the street to reach Taco Bell. The most horrendous horse c r a p I've ever seen. Ordered delivery which is probably on me but there wasn't any meat in the doritos tacos, the cheesy Gordita chicken had no sauce and cold Chicken. My other three items never arrived. They got the sauce packets right though. Never again. read more

Went today. Same thing as always- they got my order wrong. The drive through guy (Michael C) charged me for a Baja Blast freeze, when he handed me a baja blast. He gave me stink eye when I told him I wanted the extra funds back. He did refund it, but low and behold, they didn't give me a taco that I paid for. I called, and spoke with the manager on July 4th at 2:58. He said i'd have to come in for a refund. Not driving back here, never coming here again. Do yourself a favor and never come here. read more

They gave my Uber the wrong order and when I called them they declined my call amd I called more than once, they never answered and texted me with just a "?" and never responded back. Second review and the same excuse of being "short-staffed" so they're not taking any drive thru orders. But I see staff sitting there on their phones not doing anything. Excuse THIS TIME was they were training new people and they are "not helping the situation", which is nonsense. If you're training new people then you train them by taking orders! Would give 5 stars but I asked for 15 Fire sauces in my delivery and those jambronies only gave me 14. Real talk, not lying. Delivery was fast and my cheesy chunk supreme was to die for. Seriously? 5 star review for a Taco Bell? Yes! After years and years of eating unhealthy fast food, I'd think I have a standard set of expectations. You usually get poor customer service from a kid who could care less about their job. Food usually comes out cold or wrong, over cooked, undercooked, stale, etc. That is not the case with the Taco Bell on the corner of State Road and West Chester Pike in Upper Darby. I have never had an experience like the one I get whenever I stop here. Even late night! The service I've gotten every time and from different people has always been the most polite, respectful and patient service. Even close to 1AM in the morning! I always feel like the person on the other side of the window appreciates their job and appreciates me as a customer. It is so different from the normal experience at other fast food restaurants. Now I am speaking from the Drive-Thru point of view. I've never been inside this restaurant, but I'd hope that the service remains the same there too. The food has always been fresh. Nothing ever tastes old. It's always the right temperature and has just the right amount of ingredients. I don't give out 5 star reviews often, but when you get an all around experience like the one provided at this location, they deserve to be recognized as the best of the best when it comes to fast food and Taco Bell. Drive up here. Nothing to indicate they WEREN'T open and people (employees and others) outside so I assume they are open. Pull through drive-through no response sat there for a good 10 minutes just in case they're on a lunch break and wanted to get inside and take their time. Nope no one even came around to tell me that they were closed. Look online they are open so why is no 1 available to take my order? Always out of everything and closes whenever it feels like. I know, I know. It's Taco Bell but this is consistently the best one I've ever been to. They've yet to disappoint. For me, fast food has to be: 1. Consistent in flavor and quality 2. Hot 3. Ordered nachos grande thru Grubhub. The delivery didn't take long at all and the food was delicious. The Grubhub driver didn't bring my drink so I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who was very nice and told me the delivery driver took the bag with my food and left when the girl turned around to get my drink. The place is decent. This particular location is convenient due to the lack of fast food in the immediate area but the service and proportions aren't as good as other taco bells that I've been to. As for the chain itself it's decent fast food but does it compare to other Mexican food places such as Mesa or Chipotle. Extremely upset with the service. Checked online to see they were open at 7am before driving there. Arrive at 9:17am to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting for someone to speak and take my order. No one said anything so I drove around to the window to see 3 employees standing there talking and they wouldn't turn to look out the window and acknowledge me. I then drove around and went through the drive thru again and one of the employees finally looked out the window and opened it and said they're still closed. As I was about to say but I thought you were open at 7 the employee cuts me off and says "I know what the sign says, I came in late were not open yet." I then asked what time they'll be open and she said she didn't know so I drove away very upset.
