I'm giving this location one star because the late-night service is consistently terrible. I'm not sure how the morning staff is, but at night it's a completely different story. The service is extremely slow, the workers are not very friendly, and if you go inside, they often act like you're invisible. There have been multiple times where no one even acknowledged me, even though they clearly saw me waiting. You end up standing around forever just to place an order, and it feels like customers are being ignored on purpose. It's frustrating and unprofessional. I really hope management addresses this because it shouldn't be this hard to get fast food. read more

Went here with my friend around 1:00am. They were packed, line out the door style, drive through reeked out that good stuff. Expectations were already high at this point. We placed our order and waited about 20-30 minutes. Parking lot was so packed people almost backed Into us while we were waiting. That's how you know they've got good food. We finally got our food and it was made with pure rage and hate(why wouldn't it be? It was busy and they wanted to enjoy that good stuff). I opened a my box and instead of 10 packets of sauce they hooked me up with about 100. Sour cream and taco meat was everywhere in the wrapper. Honestly one of the best tacos I had and it made me feel like I resorted to a primal animal of how I had to eat it. My buddy got his and they forgot his sauce but that's not important. When I called the manager got on the phone and asked "what we can do to fix it?" I had always wanted a Crunchwrap because they look like little gifts and the shape is very funky. I never got one because I'm vegetarian and lactose intolerant, but I found out you can modify them so I decided to go for it. I am always suspicious of fast food places because it seems like when you request no meat or lard on your food item, the employees don't believe you and give you one or both. That's exactly what happened! I ordered the veggie Crunchwrap, the one with black beans. I did it on the mobile order touchscreen thing so it would not be misinterpreted (this did not work). I asked for no sour cream or nacho cheese and since there was no beef option I felt safe to place the order. I waited 8 minutes and when I got it, it had meat in it. And the combo meal prices are Uber hiked up in comparison to other locations in The area. The staff are usually polite, most of the time. It was recently remodelled and looks nice, dislocations drive-through is usually busy but the store inside is always empty. We were served here by an incredibly accommodating staff. My son is at TGH with a spinal cord injury, and after 7 weeks of not being allowed to eat, the first thing he wanted was Taco Bell. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Taco Bell. After waiting in the drive thru an abnormally long amount of time, I ordered two chicken Gordita supremes with no tomatoes and avocado ranch instead of sour cream. When I got home i realized I received chalupas instead. I went back to Taco Bell and told them and they attempted to make me a new one with no more than an insincere apology. They gave me beef Gorditas instead of chicken and inbetween the two was sauce and cheese all over the wrappers that spilled all over me when I took them out of the bag. I returned these while still in the drive thru and told the cashier that they were beef and not chicken as I had ordered. She did not apologize and took the bag and told the cooks to make a new one. I then asked for a cup of water while I was waiting and was given soda water instead. When I finally received my chicken Gorditas I bit into them and realized that the wrong chicken was put on them that was covered in a tomato based sauce which does not normally come on the gorditas. I was too frustrated and far too hungry at this point to wait for another order to be made.
