I rarely ever stop by fast food places but we went there at 12:30am before closing. We ended up ordering $60 worth of food and the cashier was very patient and accommodating to the large order. We ended up waiting about 4 minutes for them to complete it which I was surprised how quickly it came out with only 2 people working. Food was actually some of the best made Taco Bell food I've ever had, perfectly portioned meat the burrito had all 5 layers and looked like they rolled it the right direction. Mexican pizza was spot on too.. However when I tried to order their $7 box it was $10... the employee tried to defend the greed by saying it's a franchise so that's why they don't offer it the same price as virtually every single other Taco Bell. It's sad that the employee was so indoctrinated to defend the owner. I think all of us know they're still paying their employees the same as every other Taco Bell. Im a shift leader at the tacobell in ridgefield, Wa. I pass by to get some quick tacobell and I asked them for my worker discount. They told me that they don't do that so I ask the lady in the front to ask someone else who works there then. A shift leader I'm assuming came up and said they only give free meals to workers and no discount because they didn't have a button for it. I WORK at a tacobell and I'm a SHIFT LEADER. The service is nice, the place is clean, but fuck me upper management or corporate chubs, can you bring back the food that actually goes inside the tortillas? I legit had probably 4 tomatoes in my taco ... My girlfriend's crunchwrap was a bean paste, like sour cream or cheese sauce, lettuce and maybe 1 or 2 tomatoes... We spend damn near double what we should of spent to get enough food to fill us up, because it was like tortilla and that's nothing else And we know it's not the workers.... Every single time we go here we go through the drive through and the employees have always been so friendly and attentive. Hard to find anymore. Our food has had things forgotten a couple times but they are always so great about fixing it. I have to say it is very kind, one of the male employees always notices my husbands card and from being in the service he asks and says thank you. The spicy tostadas were a little on the side of "slapped together" with a sparse sprinkling of lettuce falling off the sides of the open box and spilling into the pintos n cheese. The spicy chipotle sauce was in one heavy streak on just one side of the tostada and a thin streak of red sauce on the other side. Maybe slow down just a tad and get those sauces on there evenly, double up on the lettuce and tomatoes (and keep them on the tostada ) and y'all will be pretty close to Taco Bell perfection! First time i have ever gone to the taco bell in sutherlin. I placed an app order, they could not find it. Si i walked away to check my bank statement, found it, showed the manager and she said they couldn't do anything. So i showed her my order history. And she printed me a receipt with NO customer service number. No form of appeasement was offered. I simply cannot respect that, the first time this happened, in roseburf oregon they gave me a free meal. And continued to say sorry by filling the order i paid for. Great customer service, the place in sutberlin is horrible. Just not happy with the service tonight, i will stick to roseburg. read more

We were in the middle of a long road trip and were hoping to use the restroom. Mentioned that to the employee and he surprisingly said no problem and met us at the lobby door and let us in.
