The staff doesn't pay attention to orders, and with no one else in there at the time it took way too long to get our bagel. Way overpriced. I was starving and opened it up and there was a hair in there. I walked back in and showed them and all they did was make another sandwich (which I did not eat). One very fake "sorry" and future discount or free sandwich. All the younger adults in that line up have lots of hair and they should be wearing some sort of hair net-not just a visor that literally does nothing which is obvious by my hair in my sandwich. Things happen and I get it but make it right and also they need to improve in proper rules for restaurants.

I found parking right in front that I took for a sign the food would be good. After you enter the front doors, you go straight ahead down the hall and down one flight of stairs to get to the Hideout Cafe. It's named right! Luckily, there was someone who directly us there. We ordered a French dip with a cup of soup and a patty melt with fries. The French dip was good-though, different from what I think of as a French dip. Think of it as a sandwich you dip in au jus and you'll enjoy it. The soup of the day was tortilla and it was delicious!! The patty melt was the winner of the day. Maybe they serve healthier food because it's in the courthouse because the patty melt was excellent and wasn't greasy like most are! Service was amazingly nice & cool. She even brought out food out to the table. Ambiance is lacking because it's in a big room with tables around and lacks warmth. That brought it down a bit but the food makes up for it. I would definitely go here again if I was nearby.
