I ask about my sandwich, having seen a bunch of orders that came after mine filled. My sandwich had been made, but incorrectly it was a toasted Italian. 11:20 am ... Sandwich is made. If you're not going to open the doors early for your customers, at least don't open late. If you've got a bunch of phone orders pending, why are you on the porch smoking instead of preparing for the very predictable lunch rush? Lastly, instead of calling out the sandwich, why not provide an order number or a name? I didn't order a toasted Italian, which is why I didn't know that was supposed to be my order and wouldn't have wasted so much of my lunch hour waiting on it.
