Waited forever in the drive thru to only receive the wrong order. Went back inside to get what I ordered and heard them call what I ordered "stupid". Awful service. Period. They're rarely open as late as posted. I complained at the drive-thru the other night because they closed early because they "ran out of beans". I yelled to the car in front of me Kwik Trip was open, "Tom" decided to yell put my plates and threatened to call the cops. I emailed corporate and was sent 2 Free Combo meals for the previous awful service from Tom. I went in tonight to use my free meals and give them a chance. I even went in extra early to not worry about them being closed. Tom refused service because his feelings were hurt for being called out for not knowing how to run a business and staying open during your posted hours. I'd rate 0 if I could. Light in an otherwise dim world. Having awful night and Taco Bell delivered us what could only be described as mana from the Gods. How is a person to eat a shredded beef grilled cheese dipper when it falls apart in your hand, also had ordered chips and cheese. Received the terrible quality grilled cheese dipper and cheese for the order but no chips. This place is the WORST! The daytime crews are fine, but I have refused to go to this place after 4pm or so for a couple years because the night crews are so BAD! Can't get orders right, moves at a sloth's place, and they DON'T CARE. It takes them 10 minutes or more to get a simple order out, they won't prioritize, and they're super rude and snotty. Now I'm delivering for doordash. They were going to make me stand there for 30+ minutes waiting for a simple 2 item order. I already had someone else's food from the Arby's next door (who does understand customer service). The orders are supposed to be ready when we get there (or within a couple minutes). I couldn't stand there and let the Arby's order go bad while trying convince them to get their heads out of their backsides. I had to cancel the order, which not only effects my rankings in the app, but worst, someone had his dinner cancelled. I used to work at one of these places in high school. I could run the line 10 times faster by myself. There's no excuse for their horrible attitudes and lack of work ethics. We stopped in for lunch. The service we great. We had Mexican Pizza's. Food was hot and soda was self serve and good selections.

This store is part of the Shell convenience/gas station. It is smaller than most of them with limited seating. there is a drive through. The food is typical Taco Bell. They had a special going on for 12 tacos for about 14 bucks. I will say that I wasn't too impressed with the service. I ordered and was in the process of paying. The cashier swiped my card and set it on the cash register. Before the transaction was complete, she walked over to the drive up window and started helping another customer leaving my card on the register and me standing there. By the time she was finished at the window, my food was up. Next time it will be drive through. read more

4 families, mine included, just walked out after waiting in line forever. They were not busy at all. What made us walk out was when a short girl named Tammy answered the drive thru saying "we are all dead in here". All of us stated that we will not return again if she is still there for fear of safety. And she was in a managers uniform. The only way this Taco Bell gets any business is because it is the only place in town open till 1 Am and the food isn't all that bad in reality, Its the service. Lets make one thing clear the manager is 17 years old and not very well equipped to be the leader of anything. Grievance one, The wait. The average wait time is a solid 20-30 minutes for this "Fast food" establishment, but people have waited hours for food including myself. Number two, the employees. I have been told at coming in hours before close "F#ck off, we are closed" and many more instances of poor management. Overall food is decent everything else is a Klusterf#ck. read more
