I only ordered 3 items and they got it wrong and I got it to go and realized no napkins! I already left before I realized it was wrong and didn't have time to go back. While I was waiting I tried to sit in a swivel chair that didn't even really move and even the older lady had a hard time sitting in it when she came in after I sat next to her waiting for my food. She said she tried to sit in the same chair. read more

Worse Taco Bell in history. Dont go here unless you plan to wait over 25 minutes, no matter how busy they are! Went there 2 nights ago, no one in line inside restaurant Ordered 2 items, took 23 minutes! AND was told by an employee they only care about their "drive time" not people inside. They will pull drive thru orders first! Go to the Taco Bell on Mohawk instead. It will be quicker. read more

It's not too far from my house so I can drive there no matter how drunk I am... Nothing better than cheap food when you are trashed

This Taco Bell is the worst in the Eugene / Springfield area. They are not consistent and tend to not care about the final product. Also the Springfield Taco Bell's prices are higher than Eugene. They rarely participate in promotional pricing. If you want Taco Bell I would recommend that you go to a Eugene location. read more

Food is good. Been here quite awhile, and the manager is belittling the employees and let's face it. They haven't produced an order for about 20 mins. I would say, run through the location if there is no line, more than 2 or 3 in line. It's more than they can handle. read more

Typical Taco Bell food quality. My big problem with this store is that it is uncomfortably cold if you are eating in the restaurant. I've asked them to ease up on the A/C and they say there isn't anything they can do about it. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

The Springfield Taco Bell has the same food as every other Taco Bell, but the guy at the front counter was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful. I don't usually go to Taco Bell for the service, but I would go to this one again just for that. read more

Food is always made sloppy, wrong, or forgotten. Never sauce nor napkins in the bag.

Drive through is always slow, I'm not exaggerating when I say I've waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line. Enough said! I go back because my wife likes to eat at Taco Bell from time to time, just go inside and order... But don't expect to get out fast. Food is usually pretty solid, just don't expect much from "fast food" Mexican. read more

If I could have, this would have been a ZERO star! Had a house full of teenagers. Went and ordered everyone food. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Barely audible speaker. I had repeat our order several times. Drove 10 minutes home to discover missing almost half our order. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know I was driving all the way back. Phone kept being picked up by their fax. Very pleasant sound coming from my car speakers (using bluetooth). Get back to their restaurant and send one of the teenagers in. After 10 minutes he shoots me a text saying "get comfy they said it will be awhile". I asked why and he states they said they have a big order to fill. After another 10 minutes mama bear is a little more peeved and isn't very nice. I went in and asked what the hold up was. There were 3 sets of people inside. 1 group already eating and the other 2 came in after us. So what's the hold up?? "well ma'am these are paying customers and we have to finish their large order first". Bull$#!t hun, not only did you not give us our food correctly the first time but my dinner is sitting at home now over 40 minutes getting cold and soggy (no longer crunchy tacos), and she didn't offer to comp anything and was quite rude and not once did any of them apologize. Will never return! Every time we have came through there our order is screwed up. We usually just let it go without complaint. But tonight this sick mom is pissed! read more

Seriously!! We pull up to the drive thru and we hear "Hi. How are you?" why not say " Welcome to TB...I can take your order whenever you are ready"......petty, I know, but so annoying read more

Went by for fourth meal and they messed my order up twice and had to wait in the drive threw for around 15 mins would not recommend going there at night read more

Love this place. It's food is cheap and they never get my orders wrong! Great place to go if you like hot sauce. I especially like the $5 value meals they have. Their service is questionable, but great cheap food!!!! Wow read more

I would like to know why on a FRIDAY night they think it's okay to close 20 minutes early?! Myself and another car sat in your drive through at 1:40am because the drive thru light, and menu lights were still on. If you're going to 'close' early, please turn all your lights off as not to false advertise your restaurant being open until 2am, when in fact you closed early. BS. read more

What the heck are they putting in their burritos to make your tongue go numb.? Spit out the bite of burrito, nasty. The totes were greasy ,couldn't eat them. read more

First, it's Taco Bell. The four stars I give it is for this specific Taco Bell in comparison to other TBs, As a standalone against higher quality restaurants it gets 2 - 3 stars. The food is always hot and tastes as TB food is supposed to taste -- yummy in my tummy. read more

Dozens of times they have messed up my orders. One time they messed it up 3 times in a row two of which were them "correcting" the first order. How difficult is it to not put lettuce on a frigging taco? I'm so beyond done with this place. read more

This place shorts you on meat, my order was missing meat. When I took it back to the counter, he tried to argued with me. I asked him to show me where he could see any meat...he looked and then offered me a new order. read more

Usually I go to the Taco Bell on 42nd and Main in Springfield, since it's the closest to where I live. And usually if there's only two cars ahead of me I am in and out through drive-through in no time flat. Tonight on the other hand it took at least 10 minutes per car to get their order. The first two cars were there as I was driving up to the location. I do know that this location has had issues with getting proper staffing. I was in there one night and it was taking too long so I got my money back drove 2 miles to taco time got my order and came back past Taco Bell in the cars in drive through hadn't even moved read more

Servers are great! Friendly and courteous. My one complaint is that they stopped serving the Fully Loaded Taco Burrito. It's the best item (or was) EVER on their menu. read more

This Taco Bell is closest to my home but I drive past it another 5 mikes to get quality Taco Bell food. Constantly getting my order wrong and comparatively small portions to other Taco Bells. I stop in from time to time to see if the experience changes, but it doesn't. read more

Took almost an hour to get through the drive through. Unacceptable... I'm a patient person but this time was uncalled for and really annoying. If you want $15/hour this is not how you go about. If I'm going to sit in my car for an hour I can't imagine how long the line inside is... read more

STAY AWAY from this RIPOFF place!! We paid for our order and got shorted. They wouldn't r fund or complete the order. They don't have a clue about what customer service is!!! And the food is MARGINAL at best!!! If there was a negative number to evaluate this place they would get a MINUS TEN! read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell in town. 3 different times I've gone to this Taco Bell and asked for a nacho Doritos locos taco supreme and each time they forgot the sour cream. I didn't say anything until I went inside the 4th time. I said very nicely "can you please remind the cook that the sour cream was forgotten and to please remember it" she then waited until we sat down, then turned around and very loudly announced it to everyone behind the counter. 3 people walked in after us and orders more difficult orders. We waited for over 5 minutes while we watched those 3 people plus a party of kids get there food before us. As soon as my boyfriend got up to say something we saw them reach over to the drive thru counter where our food had been sitting for 5 minutes. Krystal (the cashier) then grabbed the tray and announced the name for our order. At this point it was just ridiculous and we decided to get a refund and go to another Taco Bell since they seemed to have done something with our food. read more
