As many other people have also said, this Taco Bell location needs a serious overhaul. At least one item is wrong in my order EVERY single time I come here. They really seem to have a problem not putting sour cream on things! This location has the slowest drive thru times I've ever experienced, I've timed it and sat there for 45 minutes before, and I avoid going during peak hours. Portions aren't consistent at all, total hit or miss on if the food is hot or not. My order is almost always correct on the screen and receipt but the food itself is ALWAYS wrong. So whoever they've got in the kitchen there needs to be retrained on how to read and make an order!! I shouldn't have to pull over and dissect all my food every single time I order here just to have to go inside and complain. Orders are always wrong when using Grubhub too, which I don't even understand how that's possible... For a long time I couldn't ever call to complain because their phone line wasn't connected. Worst service ever! After work my daughter and I went to get food through the drive thru, we ordered, but as we ordered it wasn't showing on the screen. Upset me, I hand him back the bags with my receipt and tell him to check, he takes it back, and starts checking. he hands is back the bags and we drive off thinking he checked and this time around our order is correct, as we are driving back home I have my daughter just double check, and she sees that he LITERALLY, gave us back our food that he opened up and just put it back in the bag with the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, from the crunchy tacos and Chalupas spilled inside the bag, I was furious! i called and no answer till like the 4 time I called repeatedly, spoke to management explained what happened, she offered to remake our order or a refund, I asked for them to remake it and that i'd be there in like 2 mins to pick up, I get there, but to make story short, the service was terrible no communication between them, so I just said I want a refund! they have me pull up to the window AGAIN! And took like 3-4 at their damn register to only have the same guy who messed up my order in the first place tell me they couldn't refund me because it was more then $20 and to go back tomorrow, I asked him to give me my receipt back that he didn't give me back in the first place, and he said he didn't have it, and I clearly told him when I spoke to management she said it was there.. well I asked to talk to that same management and she wouldn't even come to the window to talk to me and he said he was management too, so I told him "if you are management you should know not to touch my food and give it back to me like that and expect me to eat it!! GrubHub driver here. If you want to order Taco Bell delivery, order it from literally any other Taco Bell in the area and not this one. This is the only Taco Bell in the entire Eugene-Springfield area that requires GrubHub drivers to walk into the restaurant and refuses to let them go through the drive-thru to get the orders. So, as a driver I will walk into the restaurant after they tell me at the drive-thru speaker to walk in, then I will be greeted by nobody and see the order with my customer's name on it behind the counter, packaged and ready to go, with nobody there to hand it to me. It'll take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to be acknowledged by anybody while the food is sitting there getting cold. Forcing the delivery drivers to walk into the restaurant and refusing to let them use the drive-thru is a ridiculously stupid policy. It's safer, quicker, and easier for the driver, the restaurant, and the diner to just hand off the bag through the window. It literally takes them longer to tell me to not go through the drive-thru than it would for them to take two seconds and hand me the bag with my customer's name on it. It is really not hard and there is zero logic behind this policy. If you are a person who enjoys getting their food warm in a timely manner, make your life and the life of GrubHub drivers out there easier by ordering from literally anywhere but here. read more

This Taco Bell constantly pushes extra sauces for 50 cents, mind you I always order a side of spicy ranch the last 4x they have forgotten it!!! Obviously I am not going to turn around and drive back over sauce. Essentially they offer the sides then just take your money. A couple weeks ago I went to this Taco Bell and I normally eat there all the time but this particular day I went through the drive-through and ordered my food I'm not even five minutes later and my kids decided that they want Taco Bell as well so I went back through the drive-through and ordered food for them and went home to eat it both orders the food was bad it had like a weird sour smell to it not sure what it was I spent $35 on food so I just threw the food away and called the Taco Bell and told the manager what happened he told me that I could come back tomorrow to get a refund for my food and not even a couple hours later I started throwing up and was having bad diarrhea and had that taste in my mouth for hours the next day I started feeling worse so I went to Taco Bell To get my money back and told the manager how I was feeling I told her I was going to the emergency room and the manager only gave me a refund for half of my order and said I could have the other half of in-store credit. I've worked at Taco Bell before same company owners pacific bell as Main Street just worked at Mohawk and I might not like most of the employees mainly the store manager but every time me and my boyfriend go to this one we never get the right order and pass two times they give NO sauce when we've asked for it.
