Now I don't wanna hear it that this isn't Mexican food. You don't go here to have Mexican food, you go here to have food made fast with a hint of Mexican flavor. We found the store to be particularly clean and the staff was very friendly. The young girl noticed we were having difficulty ordering from our app she came over and asked if she could help. We wanted to get a rice bowl but it says chicken rice bowl and on the app I couldn't make out if they offered any other proteins. She looked at our app and couldn't make it work either but on the kiosk it was much more simpler. The frustrating part that is when you hit check out it still shows up as a chicken bowl with added protein of meat. That seems like an easy fix. Why not just call it a Mexican rice bowl and let the Customer figure out the protein or no protein. Anyway, I found the need to be Surprisingly tender although it did seem like my wife got more meat in her bowl and I did. It's still a good value and it filled us both up. First time coming to this location visiting, And my experience on their Customer Service was excellent! And the Food was incredible and they listened and followed directions on specific things I asked for! It was made exactly how it was suppose too! Nice and Hot too! Hits the spot! read more

Horrible is an understatement. I had the steak bowl and my portions were sooo much smaller then the normal portions. Not even the bottom of the bowl was covered. Then when I finally got my food it was sooo cold. read more

This place is super slow. Went in to eat, waited 30 minutes for my food, wasn't even in rush hour. When I finally got it, the order was missing food. The cashier argued that food wasn't missing even as I was pointing it out on my receipt what was missing. Several Ubers came in while I ate, also had missing food/ incorrect orders. Went there on a weekend and was overcharged when it was supposed to be happy hour. Food was more lettuce and a big blob of cheese and sour cream. Tried to find where the meat was for the crunch wrap. Tasted soggy, stale and horrible instead of fresh. This used to be an awesome Taco Bell every time we came to visit. Not the employees fault, there doing there jobs properly. Blame Corporation for any changes made to how proportioning all the meals that are being prepared. Be wise what you order, it's always never going to look exactly like what it should be in the menu pictures for the price you pay. It really is the slowest Taco Bell, and possible slowest fast food establishment in the planet. Three cars in front of you is a guaranteed 35-40 minute wait. read more

45 minute wait is ridiculous for a to go order. I have never been to a slower "fast food" establishment in my life. The drive through was a bit long when we got there so we figured we'd just go in and order. BIG MISTAKE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. At about 25 minutes in I asked where I was in the queue and they said my name was on the screen and they were working on it. That was a BIG FAT LIE! 6 orders and about 15 minutes later we finally got our order. I'm sure people will read this and be like "What do you expect? It's Taco Bell". Well I expect to get my order within a certain amount of time (5...10 minutes tops) otherwise I'd go to a sit down restaurant if I had 45-60 minutes to kill. read more

Fast food is fast food. I don't expect it to work miracles. However, the people who work here provide the nicest service of any fast food establishment I've ever been to. I've never encountered employees who were rude or had a bad attitude. They are always friendly. It's a pleasant and appreciated surprise. read more
