When I called the first time, the person spoke with was kind and told me they would look into it and get back to me. Days went by no update. When I called again, the girl who answered was extremely rude. She told me they don't handle these issues over the phone and then said she was going to hang up on me instead of leading to who I need to contact. This has been very frustrating and disappointing--not only because of the double charge, but also the lack of professionalism and customer service.
