I've been having issues with this taco bell for no reason at all. I have come in wearing a toy mustache on my face and got called a fag*** by the employees working in there. The manager in charge seems to have no issue with this behavior. The last time that I went I ordered a burrito and nacho fries and ended up asking for a refund because it took over 20 minutes for me to receive these two item. The only thing you can count on here is your food being cold. They used to atleast have good customer service but lately it's just trash. Lady at window "wasn't sure if they can still sell grilled cheese fries" but they still have all the ingredients and when I asked about it she said she would ask her manager.. not even a minute later (after not walking away to ask at all) she was back to the window to say that she didn't want us waiting because the other food was hot and ready so if she could just take it off the order because she has to wait for a manager...? I ended up just ordering it basically taken apart (cheese fries with a side of jalapeño) and she seemed irritated but got the food out immediately after. Then when I got home (not even a mile away) my food was so cold you would've thought they forgot to put it on the grill. In terms of Taco Bells, I rate this one the same way I rate the attention they paid to our order, which is to say horribly. It's amazing how wrong they got our food considering we were literally the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon. Our hungry car of four ordered about twenty bucks worth of food. We had a couple special requests but they read everything back to us and our requests appeared correct on the screen. It took unusually long for them to get our food to us (eight minutes by my watch), especially considering the lack of other customers. After digging in we found nothing but problems. Missing ingredients on the Mexican Pizza, no extra red sauce as requested but EXTRA onions, not requested, on the burrito. Three sauce packets. Fire sauce when mild was requested. And so on. From the exterior it looks like a newer Taco Bell, but I'm also annoyed that with all the food nearby, this place is for some reason another five minutes from the shopping at the entrance to a residential neighborhood. read more

There are few times when this specific store will mess up on an order; whether it be missing items from the order, cold food, or rushing to get the order completed. I understand customer satisfaction and productivity rates, but it seems like the quality of the products are not held at high standards. Literally every single time we go to this Taco Bell, somehow, they always screw our simple small order up or they always forget something. One time we went and they forgot half our order then they try to say it's our fault..... no idea how that's possible. I get that it's a fast food restaurant but the workers chose to work there, it's not a hard job especially when there's only a couple of people ordering food. The building is clean, the food okay, but the employees are really bad. I ordered the three taco combo with beans instead of meat and nachos. They gave me two tacos with beef, one with beans, and forgot the nachos. They brought me the nachos and I showed them the tacos so they took them back to the kitchen to remake them. It took way longer than it should have, and when I saw the guy wrapping the tacos he turned around with the bag and dropped them on the kitchen floor. Then he had to remake them again. After 5 more minutes he handed me the new tacos and gave me a bag of churros, (I didnt order those, Im assuming he was trying to give them to me as an apology but they didnt apologize, so it was just him akwardly staring at me while he handed me my food.
