The Baja Blast soda machine was not working when I tried to get a drink. I attempted to use the machine multiple times, but it would not dispense the soda properly. I checked to make sure I was using it correctly, but it still did not work. It was disappointing because I was looking forward to getting a Baja Blast. Hopefully, the machine can be checked and fixed soon so customers can use it without any issues. Overall, the machine was unavailable and prevented me from getting the drink I wanted. read more

Horrible customer service. We eat Taco Bell a couple times a month and always order through the app. We never have issues and it is usually received within 30 seconds of us submitting it... The Asian male and short chunky brunette female working at 10:30pm on 11/8/25 we're literally laughing and making us wait on an order they did have then don't have then said they have had it all along! 1 star = The indoor seating area appears to be recently renovated. It now looks like a doctor's office. I came in a few times within a week. I placed my mobile order consisting of 3 meals. Not feeding a football team. On both occasions, I places my order before leaving home, drove 15 minutes to the restaurant, and still got to sit and wait for another 20 to 30 minutes. There was a full crew of 4 or 5 employees working. Slow?? I could place my order in person here, then drive to each of the adjacent fast food places, order a meal at each of those, get all those meals and come back to this Taco Bell before my order would be ready. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! If there was a way to rate this place zero stars, I would not hesitate. Personally I love Taco Bell, but this one was terrible. I was with my family on the way home from a baseball tournament and we wanted a quick stop. Quick was not the way I would describe it ... it took thirty minutes! Another thing is the tortillas were stale, they had no large sodas and did not refund our money, and the bathrooms were disgusting. Her fingers with covered in something good because she kept licking her fingers. Worst of all when I went to give her a 50 dollar bill to pay for my 20 something dollar order, she snatched the money out of my hand and shut the window, no receipt, no have a good day, none of my change back. I eat here a few times a week for lunch. The tables and dining room are always wiped down and cleanly unless someone just got finished eating. The staff here works very hard and they usually get pretty busy during a lunch rush so wait times may be a little longer around 11am-1pm which is not their fault. The customer service at this location is top notch. I've eaten at other locations that i've been very disappointed with. I can always count on The Ripon Taco bell to satisfy. 10/10 read more

First off, the food takes WAY too long for an alleged "fast food restaurant." Even with the excessively long food preparation, they still manage to mess up the order 9/10 times. The service is their main problem. The workers there dealing with customers are horribly rude and nasty to interact with. Yes I recommend this place. It's nice it's clean it has a bathroom that's working. The customer service is nice. They were friendly. The food tastes good and it's hot outside 100+ degree weather and where else would you like to sit in a nice cool spacious area to enjoy your meal with your family And get away from the heat because this California heat is no joke. I've stopped in to order food several times on the way to work. The drive thru service is usually decent however going inside is another story. Customer service is about zero and they are very very very slow. I have been inside on more than one occasion and it's all the same complete garbage. The wait is usually a min of 15min or more. This particular time I went in to order I waited 19min before anyone said are u waiting for an order? I tell them how long I've been waiting. I finally get a drink then a guy hands me my bag of food. I say that bag has been sitting there for about 10 min so the only thing warm is the last item u just threw in there. He says sorry slides the bag over.
