We also needed a few items to make chicken pozole and breakfast tacos this weekend as well- they had fresh cilantro, tomatillos, jalapeños, hominy, and queso fresco. Annddd because we were hungry (and weak ) we picked up some snacks for the road like seasoned peanuts and Chile y limon chicharrones. Next time, we'll go for the horchata or agua Fresca. The gentleman working the counter was both friendly and helpful. The only reason dog holding back on the fifth star was the strong smell of fish or bad ventilation in the shop and the enchilada was a little greasy for my liking. Behind the counter, they do have Horchata and fantastic aqua de Jamaica. The service is always fantastic and everyone is always so polite. You order at the counter and help yourself do a drink, then have a seat and they will bring the food to you. You pay when you are done. Lunch time is normally busy so be prepared for a small wait.
