I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings! Their wings are always tasty and delicious! Today I placed a lunch order on the app. I ordered 6 pc traditional wings. Normally, I get them with Honey BBQ sauce, but it was not listed on the app. I decided to try them with the Sweet BBQ sauce, and they were excellent. They were just as delicious as the Honey BBQ. It took a while to place the order, then a message came through saying there was trouble placing the order and to either try again or call them. I tried again and got the same message. I then got an email for the receipt for the first order. I called them and told them I only wanted one. When I got there to pick it up, a very nice man took care of me. He had to get my card information for a refund. I also ordered celery sticks, ranch dressing, and a Diet Pepsi. Everything was good after all that trouble. The app acts up from time to time. These restaurants are everywhere but this location is in a sort of strip mall area and we needed food fast and it had to be hot out of the oven because it was cold and wet out. The wings were awesome, the hostess and waiter were overly helpful and the bathrooms were actually really clean at this location. I used to LOVE b-dubs. I would come twice a week, and devour 18 wings with mango habanero and not even think twice about it. But, each time I did that I realized the damage it was doing to my stomach. I decided to venture to other areas of the menu. I tried the wraps. They were good, but not anything to keep coming back for. Then I happened to find a burger. It's name: The Screaming Nacho Burger. Let me explain this bad boy to you. It's a double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese topped with a spicy pico de galo and a chipotle seasoning then it's doused with a southwestern ranch with jalepenos topping it all off. Oh! and the nacho part? they put tortilla chips on the bottom of the burger so it has a crunch to each bite. This burger keeps me coming back, and will for a long time. Now to acknowledge this places flaws. It's really one part. Service. I've had some of my worst service experiences here. It seems like the waiters seriously forget you're even here. The food at B-Dubs doesn't vary much from location to location, so no complaints on that. I love the variety of sauces, and who doesn't love the cheap wing deal on Tuesdays? I stay away from here on Sundays due to the Colts' game crowd, but if that's what you're into, this is the place to go. My beef with B-Dubs is that the service is almost always bad. The servers and bartenders are excellent at standing around talking; not so much with greeting tables, remembering to check back or dropping the check. This is one place where you really do need refills, and good luck even seeing your server out on the floor, let alone flagging her down to get them. We sat at the bar last time and still got the same craptastic service from the bartender, who looked straight at us and let us sit there for another 15 minutes waiting for our check, even after we had sucked down our (one and only) drinks, finished our food and wadded up our napkins on top of our empty plates. Did I mention we were the only people sitting there? She was very busy gossiping and flirting with the other servers, though... I guess we just weren't at the top of the priority list. read more

Here is the reason I keep returning to Buffalo Wild Wings: Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce. This is the best tasting sauce in the history of sauces. It's good on everything. I definitely prefer Buffalo Wild Wings to Wings & Rings. The food is much much better here. My issue with Bdubs has always been the service. I've had some pretty awful dining experiences here because the servers always seem to be so clueless. I had to flag down a server once to get his attention, and his honest response was "Oh, I totally forgot about you guys." I prefer to order carry out here if given the opportunity. As far as food, all BWW locations are the same... decent wings and bar food. Beer selection is decent and it's usually a pretty good place to be during sporting events. However this visit took place at 1pm on a friday afternoon and was less than satisfactory. We walked in the door to absolutely no one in the front end of the building, and after about 5 minutes of waiting, were seated by a less that enthusiastic employee. We were greeted and after some more waiting, our orders were taken relatively quickly by the same employee. After getting our drinks, we discovered 2 of the 4 were absolutely disgusting, and it was very obvious the syrup bag for the soda fountain needed changed. After finally getting our server's attention on one of her many trips past the table, she acted highly frustrated when we asked her for new drinks. She did replace the drinks but then she just dissappeared. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and the place was completely dead. When the food came, our server again, just dissappeared withought a single word to us until it was time to deliver the bill which also took forever to take care of. This location is only a couple years old so walking in I expected good things. The place was filfthy! The entire time we sat and ate the 2 tables next to us ( as well as several others) sat completely trashed until just before we left. If the business flow is slow, there's no reason the establishment shouldn't be clean, welcoming and well kept. The service was ridiculous, and not just our server... They were either nowhere to be found or standing in the corners chatting it up. To add insult to injury, when I took my kids to play video games while waiting for our check, none of the games were in working order! Oh my Lord!! I really feel like the employees of this location don't care at all about the service or attitude they provide...this lunch visit sucked! I'm normally a huge BWW fan but not this time, and will not be returning to this location any time soon. read more

I got to this bdubs fairly often and it's usually hit or miss. I've been on a fight night with a group of people and our service was fantastic. It seemed like our waitress was at our table checking on us every 10 minutes. I've been for lunch in the middle of the afternoon when maybe 5 tables were full - staff standing around basically doing nothing - and it's taken over 30 minutes to get an order of wings and fries. After waiting 20 to have someone even take our order. The food is still good. I love the variety of sauces they offer and I really enjoy the potato wedges. Always a little too pricey but still good. My biggest complaint is that you can still smoke inside. So disgusting. read more
