Great service was provided by Brayden and Maggie they were extra nice, said thank you, and gave great smiles. The food was excellent and Brayden made small talk to make the time waiting for the food go by fast. However, while waiting for my food and talking to Brayden I heard their manager Parker in the back yelling and using vulgar language. I love Taco Bell because of the food and people like Brayden and Maggie but people like Parker force me to go to other places such as Mcdonald's. I get it, it's covid and you are requiring masks. However, I have seen multiple times where the employees and the manager have berated and escalated situations against customers for not wearing masks. Often times demanding they leave immediately, which they do very embarrassed. If i could less i would. My husband i went to this location and spent $16 on a number 7 and a big box with sour cream on the tacos and a side of nachos. The big box meal did not come in the box as advertised . Nothing had sour cream on it and we didn't even get the side of nachos. All the food looked thrown together and we weren't even given our receipt. When we went back to the restaurant we were told they couldn't help us because they were closing and we didn't have a receipt (that they Did not give us in the first place) The service is consistently like this every time we go to this location, subpar and disappointing. It's hard to pick a favorite dish when everything is cheesy ecstasy, but I do have a favorite employee and His name is Steven. Who would've thought that my Savior would appear in the middle of this hick town? Who would've imagined sexy Rexy could yield such a perfect man? Not me, that's for sure. Nevertheless when I asked for a lot of sauce, on a scale that may seem excessive to the layman, and received looks of disdain from the rest of the staff, Steven strutted to the window with His voluptuous Shrek hands (by no means an insult) and offered me a handful each of Fire and Diablo. He handed me a separate bag of Sauce filled to the brim with my favorites and left me awe struck. When I called to ask them if they would honor it they told me that only if the app was working and for me and many others the app crashed that day. My friend and I tried to place two orders at their drive-through and were informed that their was some corporate policy mandating one order per car. Now here's the thing I have a friend who managed a taco bell in KS and there is no such policy. Yea more than one orders per car can be a little more annoying, but when your dining room closes at mudnight you need to accommodate your guests who need to place more than one order. This was my home away from home. My love, my life... But seriously, great food prepared well and fast, but the staff is awkward and inexperienced. This Taco Bell goes above and beyond the standard of fast food. Cody (the service champion) went above and beyond to make this a fun and enjoyable experience. My item was made wrong and he came to my table, picked it up, went and remade it and brought me the fresh one as well as a hot empanada. lately the employees have been awful in the drive through. I get 4 burritos and I can only get 3 packets of sauce? All I did was ask for some more and the employee (has a dirty mustache) said there was some taco bell policy on how much sauce I can have. I know that is bull crap.
