The quesadilla that I had was very crisp and had so much flavor, even for myself who hates cilantro enjoyed combination of flavors within. My wife got the enchiladas and she really enjoyed these as well! The meat inside of them was very savory. The people running the food truck are the most respectful as well care very much about their customers. As we were sitting out side the truck eating one of the workers came out and gave us complimentary water bottles, which is awesome because of how hot it was while we were eating... it just left me saying their 5 star review just went higher. Lastly the true test of a places greatness is the customers, there was a constant flow of people coming to try it out.
