Taco Bell - MTN DEW BAJA BLAST Strawberry Dream Freeze - Tacos Near Me - Ramona, California

I'm not sure why they have so many negative reviews. For me I've almost always had great experiences here. Maybe once or twice an item was forgotten, but they're human too. My food is always fresh and timely. The customer service is kind and helpful everytime I drive thru. read more

This Taco Bell has never really been kept very clean inside. Tables never get wiped down and the floor is always riddled with food. I came in today and as it turns out they've completely remodeled the inside. However, it's just as dirty. EVERY new table has bits of cheese, lettuce, and hot sauce. I know these guys and gals work hard making the food which is generally good on a consistent basis. However, the manager of this location (or the regional manager) needs to set and maintain standards of cleanliness! The staff will only do what management leads them to do. Geez it takes literally three minutes to drag a broom across the floor and wipe tables. Someone at Taco Bell needs to start to give a shit. read more

Thank goodness a Del Taco is coming to town. They can't be worse than this Taco Bell. Better check your order. They always get something wrong or forget to include items. They also typically don't include hot sauce even when you order or napkins, which you should not have to ask for. The workers seem nice, but damn they just can't get orders correct. Why can In-N-Out do it and Taco Bell can't? Also, when you dine in, the tables are almost always filthy. read more

This Taco Bell is good. They kill it too back there. The workers work in a flow together and are always helpful. Food is always good. Keep it up. read more

I've got a challenge for everyone. Go to the counter for any little request and see how long it takes for one of the employees to stop pretending they don't see you and talk to you. Once you make your request see how long it takes for them to process what has just occurred and if it can be solved by you using the kiosk even if not kiosk related read more

What can I say about Taco Bell..if you grew up in San Diego you've probably eaten 100+ crispy tacos and Enchirito's...This is NOT authentic Mexican food but...it's something you end up craving at some point (Jack in the Box tacos are another...it's just science). What amazes me is that the other day I got an Enchirito and the person working the grill didn't know how to make it....what!? Blasphemy!!! Anyway, if you've never had an Enchirito, get one. If afterwards you say "I don't get it?" Well it's probably because they stopped making them while you were in High School or you are actually from Los Angeles. read more

Thank God for the cantina menu! I get off work late and this place is the only place that's ever open. They always get my order right and the food is prepared perfect. Alysia is always very nice and helpful and she even told me to get the app so that I'll get reward points since I crush their food so often. Thank you Alysia & Ramona Taco Bell read more

Went in at 10:30 and man at the drive thru was very nice. Got all my order correct and had a great experience

Came in for (1) burrito. Took over 1/2 an hour, not kidding! I repeat.... Came in for (1) burrito. Took about 45min, not kidding! read more

Why is this place so dark? No lighted Taco Bell sign or building lights outside. Restaurant appeared to be closed but the inside had lights, so we tried it out anyway. Bad first impression. We were looking for a cheap meal and nothing says "cheap" like Taco Bell. When you go here you know you're getting what you pay for. So kinda reviewing the food is worthless. What you do need to know is that this is place is kind-of-a dump on the inside. Straight out of the eighties. Staff was a bunch of high schoolers and there was a long wait. Not a lot of people ordering so the wait seemed a bit confusing. Not worth your time even if you're looking for a very cheap meal.. read more

I visited the Taco Bell location in Ramona on Main Street yesterday evening about 6:00 pm. There was no one in the drive-thru, so I drove right up and ordered. It's important to state that no one was there, at least outside the restaurant, because the "too busy" excuse cannot be made to excuse the order taker/cashier's dishonest behavior. Although being a vegetarian, and still miss the 7-layer-burrito, I asked if they had anything similar to it The employee recommended "the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito" and said "we can substitute rice." I asked if it came with guacamole, like the 7-layer used to. He said no. I asked if he could substitute the guacamole and rice for the meat. He said yes. But he failed to tell me there would be a charge. "Substitute" is defined as a person or thing acting or serving in place of another. In other words, guacamole would be a replacement. If there was a charge, he should have said so. Instead, after paying I looked at the receipt and saw the charge for guacamole. It doesn't really matter if the charge was 90 cents or $90, I should have been told there would be a charge to replace the meat with guacamole. Lesson to be learned: Always be honest and upfront with your customers. When I confronted the employee about this, his only response was "guac is never free." Then why not say so in the conversation at the intercom? Although he failed to apologize for the misunderstanding, he did offer to remake the burrito without the guacamole that he originally had said could be substituted for the meat. Because I didn't feel like having the rest of the food order get cold, I declined. The point of this review is twofold: Nobody likes to be misled--and nobody likes to have surprises show up on their bills. read more

Visited 7/12/2017 I grew up on Taco Bell not knowing there was actually real authentic street tacos. To this day I still now and then get in the mood for the original chain crispy taco. This new store in Ramona is not a lot different than every other Taco Bell your visit. It's a little smaller and not a lot of parking but the food remains the same. You either like Taco Bell or you don't. The stock cheapie tacos were very tasty and crispy and the lettuce was crisp. I tried the sausage and egg breakfast flatbread taco. Sadly lacking flavor and also lacking any sausage that I could taste I highly do not recommend these. The service on this day was quick and friendly. Not much more I can say about it. Like it or leave it. read more

The food is OK. The breakfast menu board is never turned the right way so that you can see what they have on the menu. It's been that way for quite a while. People that wait at the front counter don't seem to pay much attention to people standing there. It's usually a long wait. I had to wait quite a while for one order. read more

Ordered a cravings box, took a bite of the crunchwrap, looked inside, and noticed there was almost no meat. This taco bell is a let down. read more

Service is so slow the short Mexican girl with braces had major attitude I will not be returning to this location

Worst place ever. Idk if this place is just trying to get tax money by hiring the mentally handicapped. But the service here is awful. I ordered ten items and asked for 20 packs of hot sauce. They gave me 7 I asked for more and they grabbed 5 more and said this is all the could give me. Wtf? I told them no I have been able to get more than that every other time I have been here. They also messed up three of my items up and didn't even have the cheese melted on my quesadilla. Straight up dump. This place needs a hard reset read more

This Taco Bell gets a bad rap but they have been doing amazing and they are short staffed. Every time I come here the employees are polite and I respect that. read more

I had ordered my meal inside the Taco Bell because the drive-through was too long... I ordered about $35 worth of burritos and tacos. I had to run out my car to get some thing and they had locked me out because it was 9 PM. My husband and I both knocked on the door and the lady said that she would bring it out to us...we waited for a good 45 minutes, and nobody even paid attention to us at all. I had to proceed to wait in the drive-through line to get any type of attention. Extremely disappointed with the employees and their poor customer service. read more

I've been here before but not recently. I went thru the drive-thru ordered a number 1 combo which states super tacos (3) & a drink. I was asked if I wanted regular tacos & I said it says super tacos. I also ordered iced tea & a burrito supreme. The order was given to me with regular tacos & a bean burrito wth a teaspoon of onions about the same amount of cheese & nothing else. I mean I think they should be familiar with their menu. The tea was ok. I told the girl I was a senior & was told she'd adjust my bill at the window which she did not so I had to tell her again. read more

This is a messed up order review and I'm not upset although they have one job but people are humans and humans make mistakes that being said Irma was super helpful and respectful on the phone helping me with my incorrect order she had patients and guided me to the best option for my order thank you Irma! read more

This Taco Bell never ever gets our order correct. We have a kid that can't eat chicken and one that loves chicken and every time we order one cheese quesadilla and one chicken, we get both chicken. The manager is a spazz so we don't even go to her anymore to make it right. She denies the mistake every time and if you ask her name she refuses to give it out and says "you just wanna get me in trouble !" I'm no, we want to go above you and make a correction because you refused to. We rarely go here anymore for this reason but my kids miss Taco Bell. Kind of dumb that they get paid $15 an hour now and can't get an order right read more

Mediocre service. Half the time they forget an essential item like a fork or napkins.

Taco Bell is still probably my favorite "Mexican" restaurant, (go ahead and have your heart attack due to my blasphemy, I'll wait) since that is what I grew up on and I am a sucker for the crunchy tacos. They are classic. This location can be a little slow, but not nearly as bad as the one down on Aero Drive. They can be a little hard to get in and out if, but not nearly as bad as the one on Poway Road. My only real issue with this place is their inability to get orders right. I can't tell you how many times I have had to go back through the drive thru with the kids because they forgot something, or run back inside because they forgot something, or go back up to the counter because they forgot something or the absolute worst: make it home and realize that they forgot something. read more

It's Taco Bell. It tastes pretty much the same as Taco Bell did in the 70s. You know what to expect here. What I find hilarious is the whiny vegan crowd. Pro Tip.This is fast food, If you have certain dietary concerns you might want to stay away from fast food in general. I'm pretty sure the kids working on your meal are stoned and really don't care for you and your uber custom orders. No one is turning salads into meat. Just. Stop. Bitches... If your choices were sooo popular there would be Soup Plantations on every corner. The chain barely exists anymore. I took one star off because the funky drive through entrance. read more

Worst communication and service. Stuff only on app vs drive through and no signs or warning. You wait in line for 10-15 minutes to then have to get out of line, order on an app only to get back into line and wait again. 37 minutes later...food came and was wrong...just wow read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. We first tried to go inside the lobby, and found that it was locked even though there was no signage that it wasn't open. We tried pulling on the door and a staff member just stared at us. We then proceeded to go into the drive through and waited approximately 10 minutes. We finally got up to the intercom and were told that they were closed due to "maintenance"... even though the car in front of us had just ordered. Rude staff. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. There's a great Rubios across the way:) read more

I stopped by for some good old Taco Bell!! And it was ok as always I ordered a classic combo and it comes with a medium drink a beefy 5 layer burrito and a crunchy taco with their cinnamon and sugar twist! When I opened the bag there were no cinnamon twist!! I don't care if they were out of it then you should tell the person when they're ordering it before they order it! I little disappointed but what can we say it is Taco Bell read more

So I went to Taco Bell Ramona location. Placed my order and when I got to the window was advised the wifi was down so they had to split my order into 2 separate transactions. Then I got my food was all set to enjoy dinner and of course I was missing 2 chalupa's. i had ordered 2 chalupa combos. so i go back and advised them the mistake they check my reciept and make the 2 missing chalupa's, i thanked them and said i guess i get to eat a cold dinner now. when i got home the order was cold ok maybe lukewarm. I now know why they don't seem to be busy due to the wonderful service i received. read more

Finally! Another dining choice in Ramona - even if it is only fast food. I routinely dive down the hill to Poway to eat due to the poor restaurant choices up here. Nice to have a Taco Bell up here now. They just opened on 12/27/2016. Apparently the Subway next to K-Mart used to be a Taco Bell. Hopefully this one will last. Tip: Go inside to order - it's WAY faster than the drive-thru (which can be slower than In-N-Out). Service was fast and friendly and the food was good. Minus one star for being quite stingy with the chips that came with my nachos. read more

Today I decided to give the family a treat and order for the six of us. I spent about forty dollars and the "littles" in our family were really looking forward to it. Part of the order was twelve crunchy taco supremes. Unfortunately they were packaged in a cardboard carry box which gave way as soon as we walked in the door. Tomatoes, lettuce, and taco meat went everywhere. The box probably wasn't properly secured, but we might have been able to salvage something if the tacos had been properly wrapped. It was obvious that wasn't the case. Sad for us, but worse for restaurants struggling to keep afloat in these tough times. If they are that careless in how they present food to customers, I hate to think what other things they let go by the wayside. read more

It Taco Bell, you know what you are getting into! Baja blast is too addicting! Worth every bit of the stomach ache!

I road my horse into town and wanted food to eat for dinner so I get off my horse to walk him through the drive thru and was standing there waiting to have my order taken. Someone came behind so I let them go in front of me. The girls even told them I was there then someone finally answered and said that they can't serve me cause I am not in a car. So I walk around to the front door and ask if someone can hold him for two seconds while I order and pay for my food and they said I can't do that either. What they told me makes no sense I can't go through the drive thru cause I am not in a car then I can't go inside cause I have a horse. What they were telling me makes no sense at all. They were also being really rude about it and didn't say sorry they couldn't serve me. Then even said maybe next time you should come in a car. read more

Thank you so much for getting me to eat the first non vegan thing in almost 7 years. Tell me how in supposed to check and see if you made my burrito correctly without disassembling the whole thing? I ordered it a specific way and I expect, and trust, that it is made that way. I'm sorry your team doesn't like making custom orders but it's not my fault your company offers so many options. Do your job and make things the way they are ordered. After locking me out and turning my back on me as I literally walked up to the door at 8:59pm to grab some last minute food for my family and I after an early dinner & the kids n I were still a lil hungry. Anyways as I was locked out and on my motorized electric scooter that I actually have to possess a CA driver's license to operate, I assumed they would serve me through the drive through as other businesses in town have done during the coronavirus Pandemic. As a matter of fact that Ramona is in a country side legion & currently could afford only one Taco Bell, thus I already appreciated that a lot as the one who came from metro areas. I've ordered a few times from their drive thru spot. The first time took me about 25 min before I received my order, but that was in their very opening period though. A couple more times after that, service was fast & trouble free. My family and I love their double stack box deal that really worthed every penny off of my money. In my opinion as long as they keep their food and service up to the par (in spite with their current small location) they should be able to manage through this branch fine over the improvement. read more
