Its pretty bad to get the food item twice wrong in a week. Last week I ordered nacho bell grande with no sour cream, no nacho cheese. I am dairy and Gluten intolerant. In the order I said add rice. I received after my husband drove it home to me they decided on their own to exchange the beef for the rice, the order was written in a manner to explain itself. Husband didn't ask for an exchange. My drink was seltzer not drinkable, the rice was hard. Today I thought I would give them a second chance and my nacho bell grande was again absent of beef. Where's the beef? The first incident I called and left a message, nobody called me back. Now I'm leaving a bad review because this is just negligence. Love the box lunch at Taco Bell. You have to use the Taco Bell app to order because it is not on the menu in the store. But for $5, it is a great deal. The other day I tried the "Lux" box; it's $7 and it was more food than I could eat. With lunch prices (getting a burger) getting to be $15, it is nice to get good food for a great price. read more

Come on man, I send my assistant over to pick up some take out food for the office, she comes back, hands out the food, except, not my three Doritos Loco Tacos! Where are they? How hard is it to complete a simple $ 30 order? Is there no quality control at this restaurant? Tell the teenagers to stay off their phones until they're on break!! And, when they go on break don't let them smoke dope, medical card or not. Work should be fun, but if you have to get high to have fun, the MJ doc misdiagnosed your condition. I work at Braum's Burgers a little ways down the road from this Taco Bell. Lately I have been going to Taco Bell on my break. The staff is kind and patient despite making mistakes when ordering. I have never had a problem with my food, it has always been made correctly and served hot and fresh. They are owned by Pepsi.co and it's reflected in their Pepsi. I would definitely recommend stopping by whenever you have the chance! read more

Convenient location and good customer service

When I go to Taco Bell I'm not extremely picky because it's fast food. But one thing I do expect is for my tacos and burritos to be able to be eaten without a fork. We just stopped at this location on a road trip and got the grande meal. 5 burritos 5 tacos. Easy peasy. Except for the fact that it seems like the employees played dodgeball with our bag before handing it to us. Every. Single. Burrito was punctured so it oozed out like a pimple (they weren't even very full so it's not like they over packed it for us and that's why it was popping) and Every. Single. Taco was cracked to the point you couldn't hold it and eat it. Not just down the middle like normal.... but all over like it was stepped on. Bummer man. read more

I was driving back to Dallas and stopper by to get a snack because I was starving...ordered a few small things from their value menu. The cashier was a guy that looked to be in his 20s...had some tattoos on his arms and reminded me of Kevin love. He was enthusiastic and mellow at the same time, really great service! Got my food in a few minutes and sat down to eat it. I took a bite of my beefy nacho griller and to my surprise it was steaming! Just to Taco Bell. There's nothing any better or any worse about this particular Taco Bell although it is clean inside. If you're going through the drive through you pretty much know what to expect. I found it recently Taco Bell is a fast food Mexican text Mex restaurant has gotten worse! Say that it's so many sauces and options and let some of their creations have become a big gooey mess. I am quite pleased with their service. I've never had any issues with anything until this evening. I called and spoke with the manager (chris) and he was very apologetic. Instead of trying to play my issues down he immediately stated "I will talk with my staff." He then offered to fix our problem. Thank you so much for fixing the problem and handling it promptly. ***BARF*** This place is nasty! I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in years and now I remember why. I had a watery messy meximelt that tasted absolutely nothing like I remember. The taco I had must have been a diet taco because there was only an extremely small amount of meat. I can't even begin to describe how little meat was in the taco, it was almost laughable except I wasn't laughing. Looks like I won't be going to Taco Bell anytime soon, hopefully NEVER!!!
