I haven't received my taco salad ??? I ordered one last night never received don't know if I was charged or not?

It had been many years since I visited a taco, Casa, so long that I had no idea what to expect! I just happen to be in the mood for some good old-fashioned tacos, and I was in a bit of a hurry so I pulled into the drive-through... As I did, I recalled them being a little pricey for tacos, but as I said, I was hungry so I was willing to spring for it. I just ordered one taco lite and was on my way. I pulled over, unwrapped and dug into a very good looking taco... Not only did it look good. It was absolutely delicious! I devoured that thing in two minutes and wish that I had gotten two more. The girl on the drive-through Window was not too excited about giving me four taco sauces for one taco, but I survived. I will definitely be back sooner than later. read more

Stopped at taco casa on my way home from doctors appointment and ordered a taco salad and a super taco.... had to take the taco meat off the super taco in order to have meat on salad and all Christie wold do is nod when told couldn't find the meat and Sidney the manager remade and found maybe a teaspoon of meat. I want to Compliment this OUTSTANDING Taco Casa on Main Street in Norman {OK} As a 100% plain Cheese Burger Man, I rarely visit restaurants of this nature, but since moving to Norman exactly one year ago all my friends keep telling me that Taco Casa in Norman has THE Best Food & THE Best Management & THE Best Employees, {Mary is one that comes to mind}! I think the reason why this Taco Casa is so popular is because of the "Top Drawer" Management in Mr. James St. Clair! He runs the restaurant like a pro, and interacts with all the customers, and is quite efficient and yet very down to earth! So I know where to go when I want "fast Mexican Food Options!" This location in Norman has recently fallen off. I grab lunch there and have started getting burritos that are 80% cheese for some reason, and paying 5$ for a crispy taco that is soggy and has 0 crunch only 5 minutes later. At this point it is not worth the money anymore. I will be thinking twice before spending any more money there. read more

As a rule, I do not write reviews for chains, but Taco Casa is different. The quality of that cheddar cheese is divine. Their tacos are just pure greatness and the green Chile bean burrito is fantastic. Yes they have locations in Texas and Oklahoma, but the customer service here was above and beyond. We visited Taco Casa earlier today and were super impressed with the Manager, James, who was literally outside checking on folks in the drive thru to make sure they had everything they needed. They were super busy, for seemingly no particular reason, albeit, it was almost noon. Nonetheless, given the sweltering temps, It wasn't lost on us that James was single-handedly dazzling 2 lines of drive thru traffic while promoting his business in the best way possible. My family fell in love with Taco Casa when we lived in Texas. They beat every other chain Mexican place in Oklahoma period. This location delivered the same degree of quality and service. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was hot filled to the brim and delicious. Plenty of sauce and napkins to boot. This so took me back to our favorite place in Texas. This place has gone downhill since they opened. Couldn't get my order straight. The drive thru speaker is about as useful as the ice cream machine at McDonald's. After they finally figured out my order I had asked for extra cheese and got the opposite of that. They deserve zero stars. read more

This place is always amazing. They are the most reliable and consistent Tex-Mex fast food place in town. They always get my order right, even when I order a TON of food, and it's always made fresh to order. I've tried everything on the menu and it's all top notch. They're always super quick with your order, even with a long line at the drive thru, and the employees are always so friendly. We eat here at least once a week but often more because their bean burritos with extra green sauce are addictive. read more

Certainly filling, as it was stuffed to the brim, mostly with meat and cheese rather than mostly lettuce. Free refills, but must be retrieved by counter staff. read more

I love love love this place. I really wish they had locations in the city. This is one of my go to places in Norman. Super cheap and good food. I prefer going here instead of Taco Bell or Taco Bueno. The hot sauce is the FREAKING BOMB. Every time I eat here I make sure to grab extra sauce and sneak it home in my purse (shhhhhhh) The only thing I would say is a down side is that they only have beef and don't have chicken. I've always loved this place and recommended it. But the last few times, they have really skimped on the ingredients. This older tex-mex/semi-authentico fast-food joint has roots in Upper TEXAS. Their foray into Oklahoma has ALL the familiarity of the original, with the convenience of being local! The dining room is bright and spacious, (looks like the building is a repurposed Burger King,) KUDOS for recycling the building too! The streamlined menu, means you don't have to search through 75 variations of a chicken-mick-strip, but has all the basics you would expect in convenient Mexican fare. Their 99 cent Frijole Friday is the BEST deal! Their tostadas are the best around and the toppings etc actually taste fresh unlike other places. I always get a bean burrito and tostada and I'm stuffed!! They have a cinnamon chip dessert thing and they're really tasty, they are definitely worth trying! This is my favorite spot in Oklahoma. Better than Ted's or Chelino's. This place has the best chiladas I think that is what they are called but they are two for five bucks on Sunday. They also have the best housemade salsa packaged in their convenient cups for $.50. It is the best salsa I have tasted. I finally tried a chili burger tonight and it was really yummy. The bun was soft and the meat was juicy. To be honest, I was really scared-- I mean REAL scared to try this place after my sub par experience at Taco Bueno on Lindsey. I had a sh*tTTy burger at Burger King (and they ran out of Sweet Potato fries to boot!) so I decided I had nothing to lose. Boy, I am real glad I tried this place! It was a saving grace. I ordered the soft taco remembering how Taco Buenos crunchy taco broke after a couple bites on me. The tortilla was super soft, not chewy. It came loaded with tons of thinly sliced iceberg lettuce and a handful of thin shredded cheese. The meat was lightly seasoned and not saucy like Taco Bells. I prefer no hot sauce because I can't handle spicy stuff. The lady at the drive thru was even real friendly with a huge smile on her face. The newest taco place in Norman seems almost comically branded. It's like you are stepping into a terribly-written movie. HOWEVER, the food is pretty good. It's nothing more than fast food, but it beats some of the other places... Taco Bueno, Taco Bell, etc. The ingredients are simple and the orders come fast. One downside is the menu has several Taco options that don't really seem drastically different when you get them, but differ greatly in price.
