Just so awful. On many levels. There's times you'll get there we'll before their listed closing hours and they place is all shut down like the crew that day just decided to call it a night. The food is always terrible as In cold, small portions or just a sloppy mess. I've gotten flat soda on at least 5 or 6 occasions over the years which shows an on going issue. Staff is hit or miss. You get great friendly service one day and another day your left waiting forever and rudely shoved a bag of terrible food. The lack of training and retention is noticeable and a shame. Long story short wary travelers keep going another 25 minutes and go to the next location in either direction it's well worth the wait. read more

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. I love Taco Bell but for some reason this particular Taco Bell in Prosser is bad. Every few months I try them and time after time I am so disappointed. I don't know why it is so different from other Taco Bells but it is. My last visit there was the drive thru. When we opened up the bags at home I just gave up on out local Taco Bell. I am sure I will break down again in a year or so and try them again. For over a decade, this Taco Bell has always made burritos/etc with literally half the filling compared to any other Taco Bell. There are always very few workers and they are more intent on talking and making orders together rather than taking orders. It always takes forever. So where do I even start. Well I'm a vegetarian and usually get beans as a substitute for the meat. So I went today and got the t11 with not meat of course. I get home and get ready to eat it and the 1st taco was so cold. It was nasty. The 2nd one was fine. I opened my third taco and there was a freaking cinnamon twist in my taco. Worst Taco Bell ever! Can't remember exactly what I ordered, but I remember I ordered some kind of burrito. Was supposed to have steak, when I started eating it a couple bites in, I noticed there was literally no meat inside of it. Full of everything like sour cream, beans, guacamole, etc. Opened it up and only had a couple pieces at the opposite end. So pretty much forgot to put meat inside, not sure how stupid you have to be to mess up that bad. Another time I got a quesaritto, when they gave it me it looked like it had been stepped on. Super messy and half assed service if you ask me. Never have any sauce, usually only one type. Always out of everything. Prosser Taco Bell is consistently horrible... anything from your food being undercooked, to them giving you stale, overcooked food that has been sitting under the heat light all day. They can't get an order correct, no matter how simple. It is always dirty with huge amounts of flies flying around. To finish off, they are extremely SLOW all the time, amongst other things. WARNING DIARRHEA ALERT This is the grossest place I have ever set foot in. It is absolutely disgusting and smells exactly like horse manure. The place itself was completely filthy and now my mom is taking me to Yakima for something better. Before I get to the food, let me tell you the bathroom was horrendous. Do not go to this place unless you enjoy a god awful assault to your sense of smell and taste buds ... Upon entering it will seem that you've entered The Toilet Twilight Zone I'm baffled how the health dept hasn't shut them down. We immediately noticed the sewage smell but gave them a chance cuz we were starving, so my family ordered both Taco Bell and KFC food. Do not eat food inside, you will only taste the sewage. Take food outside and it's ok but you will be disgusted. Per my brother, the men's bathroom only had one toilet paper roll that was on the ground and moist. No soap or seat covers. See photo below found on the hand dryer directing you to "dry hands on pants!" The garbages stuffed full. The ice machine was overflowing onto the floor and no one was fixing it just wiping up the ice. A worker was moping the floor with really soapy wet water, very slippery, and only one "wet floor" sign posted for whole restaurant! Concerned about elderly visiting here due to slipping hazards.
