If I could leave less, I would! I LOVE taco bell. Olean, ny. NOPE. Ive been there twice now and the taco meat smells BAD. Like sitting to close to a bathroom, bad. I got a 12 okay of tacos and they had 3 shreds 9f lettuce, about 6 strings of cheese and 1/2 tbs of meat. Thats the last time I spend 30.00 there. This taco bell is horrible. The KFC isn't bad. The last two times I've gone to this location, my food has been disgusting. Drink was watered down, my food was not warm at all, got food poisoning the first time, and now recently, my cantina meal barely had any chicken in the burrito, and it looked like a 3 year old wrapped it. I've worked in fast food before for years. Do better. read more

We placed an order through the drive thru for 2 two piece meals and received just 2 legs in each meal when my husband called after we arrived home to get it fixed he got some terrible attitude from a young lady that answered the phone so he went into the store and spoke with a manager who then made 2 new meals correctly but not before said young lady came to have some words with my husband about how she got spoken to by her manager about how she handled herself on the phone they exchanged words and at the same time the manager came to give my husband his food he told her to clock out and go home for the night as she proceeded to give him attitude. Kind of feel bad leaving so low-star of a review, but tonight was definitely not their night. We came in and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but that didn't change the fact that everything tonight was a complete train-wreck. The order came out incomplete or just missing items, various orders were over or undercooked, and it took forever for our cinnabons to come out, though at least they let us know they'd be delayed. To continue the crazy train of events, the frier automatically put itself on polish mode, delaying the cinnabons even more. The drink machine was also out of commission, still dispensing carbonated drinks, but they were warm and kind of flat, with no ice available. To their credit the staff did everything they could do to ensure we had a pleasant visit, and rolled with the punches as they came. Ordered *two* chicken chalupas to try them for the first time. I guess this is olean Taco Bell's version. They gave us ONE of whatever this is after the worker said she didn't know what a chicken chalupa was. If you can't tell, there is ONLY chicken on this thing. read more

you might get what you ordered, I've ordered a 7 layer burrito from here three times and every single time it was just beans, rice, and cheese sauce. not even close. I had already left so I didn't go back. I called and told them the first time it happened and they said next time I;m in they would give me a free one, which they did. that one was correct so I guess that's why I chanced it the other two times but I have learned. they do not do breakfast and they do not have a slushy machine, and I have also noticed they don't carry a lot of things I see on other locations menus. If i'm really craving taco bell I make a trip to Bradford or Hornell. I don't think I've ever had a problem with the kfc part so I would stick to that. read more

A little late on my review. First thing is I have a lot of food allergies. Allergic to dairy products, milk, nuts, eggs, etc. and I am always worried about cross-contamination when going out to eat at restaurants. That being said, I was visiting Olean, NY for a day (Saturday, August 25th, 2018 around 8:30pm or dinner time) and decided to eat Taco Bell. The person who greeted me and my family at the cashier register was an Individual named Alex Johnson. I asked him for tostadas and I told him there should not be any cheese or chipotle sauce. Then I told him if he can make sure that there is no cross-contamination in my order as I am allergic to cheese and I didn't want to deal with slight reactions. Now usually at 90% of all Taco Bells I go to where I live, in Virginia, they nod their heads and say yes and I still end up finding a piece, or strand of cheese in my order and either I find it ahead of time and ask them to make me a new order or I eat the tostada, not being aware there was a cheese bit mixed in without me knowing and then getting an allergy reaction 30 min later and having to resort to a Benadryl or Epi-pen if it gets worse. However, the moment I told Mr. Alex Johnson about my allergies. He took that very seriously and made me feel very safe. He specifically overlooked my whole entire order. He made all the employees in charge of making my order, change out their gloves for new gloves. He made sure that every part of my order was allergy-free and there was not a single bit of cheese in the food or any kind of cross-contamination and he delivered the food to our table himself re-assuring me that he checked and made sure that my order was perfectly safe to eat and I did not have to worry. I thanked Mr. Alex Johnson many times as I could actually enjoy a delicious meal, allergy-free, worry-free, and know that I won't have to worry about any allergy reaction(s). My brother went to thank him for doing all this for me and Mr. Alex Johnson replied to my brother that he genuinely did not want me to get any kind of allergic reaction. Mr. Alex Johnson has a genuine, caring heart. He did not know me yet he took action to make sure I was safe and that I could enjoy great food without fear of having a possible allergy reaction. He is the reason I would recommend this taco bell to all people with allergies (or everyone in general) because Mr. Alex will take care of you and make sure you are safe. He is a role model and sets a great example that other restaurants should look at. Mr. Alex Johnson definitely deserves a reward, raise, bonus, or promotion because he truly is one of a kind and this 5-star rating is for him and he deserves it! read more
