First off, I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff. The service was truly great--super friendly and attentive, especially considering how busy it was during the festival. We really appreciated how welcoming they were. However, we found the food to be a bit of a culture shock for our palates. We understand there are regional differences, and for us, this was very different from the Mexican food we're used to. The tacos were served on flour tortillas that, since they weren't freshly made, could have really benefited from being heated or toasted on the grill to give them a better texture and taste.
