There is a serious problem with this taco bell and it starts with management. I had a experience there that I still can't believe. I walked in to purchased a gift card and there was no one at the front counter There was another gentle man sitting waiting on a order he said he had been waiting a long time. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I ask for the manager who identified herself as a regional manager and that she hadn't been gone from the front for 15 minutes. I knew she was lying because no upper level management person would of been so ignorant as to start off by saying she wasn't away from the counter that long instead of showing some customer service and acknowledged any of my concerns. I ask for her name which she wouldn't give me had no name tag on. She was rude disrespectful and showed no regard for customer service and the brand Taco Bell she was representing. Whoever she is she can't lead team if she has no problem Resolution skills and acting that ignorant instead of being considerate of my expieriene. read more

I really don't believe half of the reviews on this Taco Bell because I've ordered here twice a week for months now and the worst thing that happened was I had to wait 10 minutes for fresh hash browns and they gave me a coupon and an extra one for the inconvenience. They are the best TB I've been to. And I've been to A LOT (no shame here). Not ONCE have they gotten my order wrong and they're some of the nicest and most well spoken employees I've ever seen at a Taco Bell. I'll be back every week with my TB obsession. read more

Ordered food for my roommates and I. Got there and was informed they were out of syrup for the dragon fruit. Ok. I can live. Bags are sealed and it was dark so we get down the road and one of my roommates is missing two tacos and two cinnamon twists. Called to as k for remake. And they didn't answer after 3 calls. If you enjoy waiting in line for 20 minutes staring at a menu which is always incorrect (meaning they don't have the thing anymore that they're advertising) while they struggle to cook your food, no matter how simple, only to then get the order wrong, then this is the place for you, no shortage of hard tortillas due to sitting out in a heat lamp for hours nor is there a shortage of burritos with refried beans smashed underneath the wrapper. This restaurant needs new ownership and leadership. I ordered on the Taco Bell App and drove to the location to pick up my order.The lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive thru to get my order. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled to the window only to find out that they did not have the food to make my order . They did not offer alternatives , said they could not refund my money. Called the store and no picks up. Called Taco Bell home office. No one picks up. Filed an online complaint and no one ever got back with me. Had to file a dispute with my card company. read more

Do not eat here!!! I would put zero stars if i could. I received my order, sat down and noticed a decapitated roach on my tray. I brought it up to the ma ager and she offered to redo my meal. I did not want to eat their food after that. The manager Lisa, RGM was dismissive and said "sorry bout that" No customer service recovery, no comment to look into what is going on. Better customer service I ordered two taco salad carry out and ordered spicey ranch dressing which is an extra charge of .60. (It is a salad why not include??) When I got back to my office there was no dressing on either of the salads. Drove back to pick up the dressing and the manager refused. (as if I would drive all the way back to cheat them out of 2 dressings???) Should have brought the salads back to show but didn't want to waste anymore time. read more

Eating here is a health hazard, dirty floors and Rude customer service. Floors had dirt crumbs and whatever else on it and they didn't sweep until I spoke on it added extra things that I did not ask for and had to be reminded more than twice to not PUT CHEESE ON MY BURRITO. I had the most amazing experience at this location! I forgot my card and tried to pay with my Apple Pay but it didn't work. My husband ran home to get the card as I stayed there. When he got back they remade the food and we're so nice. I will FOREVER only go to this location. They were so professional and respectful! read more

Person at window gave me the wrong food. Noticed this after a 15 minute drive home. Called the restaurant 5 times in a row no answer! Once I came back to restaurant to receive my correct food the manger was very difficult. He didn't acknowledge that his employer charged me for the wrong food. Also he went on to tell me how long it should have taken me to return with my order. Manger didn't try to work with or sympathize with me as a paying customer.
