Food was pretty good! Exactly what I would expect from a Taco Bell. I think this place is underrated.

I've been here multiple times and it's never any better. They are extremely slow giving out orders. Today, we waited 30 minutes for three tacos and infact i ordered and finished a quesadilla before getting my tacos. we went to ask about our orders and they gave us two completely wrong orders. while we were there another person asked about their order and they had also been waiting 30 minutes for their order. pretty frustrating, especially because i couldn't get a refund or my food. do not recommend this taco bell just go to one of the ones on mcgalliard. don't waste your money here. read more

Someone named Landon is overly friendly with female staff and seems to like to be be touchy and continues to do so even when asked to stop, issues like these that can be clearly seen and not addressed concerns me as to what happens when no one is able to see. read more

This Taco Bell needs better management, sad out here so desperate to fill positions and people don't have the knowledge or experience to lead. Slow as hell, I have never been through a slower drive thru, there will literally be 3 cars in the line and it'll take forever

Expecting a fine dining experience I decided to take my lover to the best Tacos in town from Taco Bell. Not wanting to waste any time with using our legs we decided to go through the drive through to devour some spicy potato tacos, freezes, and cinnamon twists. The drive through employee almost forgot to give me and my lover friend our desert of deserts: cinnamon twists and freezes. Luckily The fisticuffs didn't come out because my lover the gentle gentleman he is asked politely. The employee gave us the drink with straws and said, "here you go have a good day" and immediately needed to be reminded about the tantalizing twists. Once we leave recklessly eating our tacos while driving we noticed the straws just weren't right. I know it's normally acceptable to have small holes but we needed to be able to suck some candies through this long tube and needless to say it became clogged. As I write I struggle to suck the irresistible candies at the bottom. My lover is distraught and I can't calm him even with the cinnamon twists which lack cinnamon and sugar. read more

This Location is the slowest in town, I was waiting for 3 tacos for over 25 minutes, i was waiting patiently till i started seeing people with bigger orders come and go. so I went up to the counter and asked what the issue was, that I had been waiting 25 minutes, then a woman that was talking to another employee in the dinner room got up in my face saying she was the regional manager melissa jacobs and i was being disrespectful to her children. first of all I wasn't, second of all calling your employees children is disrespectful. I couldn't imagine what those employees have to put up with. No wonder I heard the one on Madison was closed because of staffing issues. I suggest a more people friendly manager.. positivity goes along way in todays world. no reason I had to experience this. read more

Zachary at the cashier was awesome. Great employee. The restrooms were a wreck. One soap dispenser out of order the other empty. How can employees wash their hands if no soap? I also noticed the health department had an issue with the restrooms not long ago. Just nasty. read more

Waited 27 minutes for two potato soft tacos and a beefy Fritos burrito. The staff was not apologetic, did not tell us our order would take a long time, or try to help the situation in any way. On top of it all, they messed up the beefy Fritos burrito by forgetting the fresco we ordered to be in it! Today I bought lunch for three people and two items had a long hair in them. So I have no appetite after finding a hair and I just toss my lunch. I called the Taco Bell on Tillotson and told the manager so she would know. First she looks at her workers and tells me, "well it looks like they all have hairnets on so I don't know how that could have happened". Really? Am I making this up? Why would I waste my lunch hour calling?! It's disgusting and you as the manager need to fix it not argue with your customer about it. Gross! read more

Visiting out of town. One of the best Taco Bells I've been to. Correct order with family, my vegan items were made perfectly. Staff was especially friendly and asked how we were and sounded like they cared. 4 star experience for a Taco Bell, for sure. read more

Its true that they do often screw up orders, even simple ones. that happens at every taco bell for some odd reason. they are very stingy on their cheese. order a taco and you'll literally see 2 slivers of shredded cheese. lots of lettuce, bit of meat and practically no cheese. i recall when their taco's was 25 cents which even then was a really great deal, now most everything is a bit on the high side for what you get. i go fairly often cause despite the order screw ups and overpriced food, most everything is still pretty darn good, i just take it home and add my own cheese and remove excess lettuce since their too cheap to do it right. just make sure you always double check your order before you leave. read more
