Total dump. Terrible service, workers just walked past me giving dirty looks. Was there for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. I should have trusted my instincts to just leave but I stayed. Then I was served I was given my frozen drink with no lid and was given my food with no bag. Honestly the worst run establishment ever! Yes, it is THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER! THE WORST SERVICE, NO EXAGGERATION!!! read more

Worst Taco Bell in the country and I live two blocks away. will drive over to IOP one from now on. Messed up leaving tomatoes on two Crunchwrap's today and totally burned one of them my friend threw it in the trash. When they closed and remodeled it we were hoping for all new service but it's now at an all time low, never open and the other week they were out of beef. That's really poor management. Oh yeah the Mt Dew was all watered down today. It's always something. read more

This place sucks !!!!!! Closed 5 days a week for BS. I tried twice this week once in person and once through door dash and it's always some excuse. read more

Hard to give this restaurant any stars. Every time we come it is closed. I'm talking normal business hours. We went tonight at 7:30 PM, closed. Workers were inside too. What fast food restaurant closes at 7:00?! I hope this owner goes out of business and then another owner who cares re-opens it. read more

There are a few times in my life where I have a meal that is expertly crafted. Taco Bell is not one of those places. Obviously I don't come here for a fantastic meal. The only reason I really come is to get cheap food served hot and fast. This Taco Bell does have hot food, but it is waaaay too slow. It takes forever to get your food, and it is hard to order because the speaker is busted read more

I went there at 11:30 on a Thursday..girl at the window said they could not make any Gordita crunches bc they had a limited menu since "they close in 20 minutes" read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE! I came here for my lunch and sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes until someone finally came on the speaker just to tell me that they are closed. Online it says that they are open until 10pm. Not to mention everyone that works here HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES. I'm surprised this place hasn't shut down yet. read more

If I could give this Taco Bell location less than a 1 I would. We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes... no one ever came on the intercom. At 8:15pm... read more

Yes I realize it's a Taco Bell. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Its got breakfast and it's open late and when you're really drunk you can get your Uber driver to take you through the drive through with minimal judgment (at least on the part ot the TB staff, the Uber guy can keep his condescending looks to himself "you don't know where I been Lou!!"). Keeping in mind that the bar I have for a taco bell is somewhere above "I hope it's not frozen dogfood". This place is great!! read more

When you go to Taco Bell, you're fully aware that you're not about to have a fine-dining experience. The food is as good/bad as any other Taco Bell, and I find their service to be efficient and friendly. The store is always clean inside, but there have been times that the area with the sauces, straws, etc. isn't well stocked. I would also suggest going inside to place your order, as it always tends to go faster that way. As fast food goes, Taco Bell is pretty good, and I think they do a good job at this location! read more

This Taco Bell is maybe the worst run fast food restaurant in the history of mankind. Tried to go through Drive Thru tonight for the first time in a long time and they tell us there is a 30 minute wait for anything with steak, chicken and beef. How unprepared can you be? Not to mention numerous previous trips where we get food home and the order is incorrect. Hit up the Coleman Blvd location and save yourself the frustration. read more

Not great. How hard is it to sub beans for beef! Every other Bell does it for us. This one wants to upcharge. Also, doesn't want to make a side of beans and rice for my kids. Not hard!!! Just as soon head to the other Bell than over-explain and argue. read more

Avoid at all costs. painfully slow. Freeze machine never works. Woefully understaffed.

A much better than average fast food joint. The people are friendly and the food came out faster than our order. We come here often so this isn't an anomaly. Off all the fast food places in Mt. Pleasant only Chic Fil A is usually better. 2/3/17 Update Still doing better than others. For the most part the people are friendly and the food is good as well as inexpensive. Today, in particular, the cashier was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. read more

At 8:30 in the evening....This place is super slow and the equipment is worthless, drive thru signs don't work, we pulled around after 25 min of waiting in drive thru and was told they didn't hear our order and we are now out of the line... they wanted us to pull back around and reorder again .... broken equipment, roaches on the floor.... place is a rude death trap... what should I expect from a place like this anyways...DONT GO TO THIS YACO BELL read more

I'm giving a star bc guy at the window was nice. We don't eat Taco Bell or fast food at all very often but we were coming from TN to stay at our vacation home in Mt. Pleasant for a week. Most restaurants in the area were closing soon so we chose Taco Bell since they were open for a couple hours longer than we would be ordering (we try to be courteous). I'm crying at my Crunchwrap supreme. My husband tried it and agreed that yes, it was just a tortilla with tomatoes and lettuce. Not even very much. I showed him the photo on the menu and he gasped! His beef burrito looked good. It had beef in it unlike my choice. We also wanted nachos to share but decided the Bell Grande order was way too much food so we just ordered chips and cheese. Didn't even get the chips. Not in the bag. Taco Bell has always held a special place in my heart. Back when I needed some cheap and quick food it was great! Now...not so much. Very disappointed...yes I know you're thinking "but it's Taco Bell, what did you expect?" And I get it but this was sooooo underwhelming Im shook. $8.50 for that order. San Miguel's has a sampler for $2 more with wayyyyy more food and much better quality. Do that instead. read more

OMG Drive through is soooo slow! This is ridiculous and taking way to long. Been sitting here for what feels like 5 mins already before they took my order after I pulled up to the speaker and since then its been at least another 5 mins and I have 2 cars in front of me. There is no way out of this drive through and we are all trapped like mice in a one way maze! Won't be stopping at this location again. Hope the food is ready by the time we get to the window. Hope its hot and good too. Only time will tell and they are taking more than their share if you ask me... read more

Last time for us at this Taco Bell. Went inside to order and they said we had to wait because a big order just came through the drive through. . Last time we came they didn't get the order correct. The time before that the wait was 20 minutes because they were short staffed. It's always something at this place! And it looked dirty inside anyway. read more

Lol evidently the sauces packets must be deducted from the employees paychecks. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window she asked did I want sauce. I said "a lot of fire please". She put a few packets on the counter and walked away, another employee who heard me came and asked if that was enough sauce. I laughed and said "could I have a few more". She added them to the little pile, then the previous woman came back to hand me my food and threw half the pile back into the metal container before putting the sauce in my bag and handing it to me. Taco Bell's not that serious sis, I went in and got as many packs as I wanted from the lobby lol read more

This was a while ago now (like 6 years) but I told them I needed extra fire sauce with my 12 pack and they gave me ~75 packets. Right on, Taco Bell. You're the real MVP. read more

I honestly wonder how this place ever passes inspection. IT IS NASTY AND the workers care nothing about customers, service, or decent food. Don't waste your hard earned pay! read more

Oh my god...this is the longest wait I've ever seen! What is wrong with this location?!

This Taco Bell might as well close. They are are really bad waiting 20 minutes after you order, the staff don't care about there work and are unpleasant and unprofessional. Staff is miserable and roller there eyes at the customers if you are this miserable at work then you need a new job. Owners do not care. Please close so we the people of Mt Pleasant don't have to suffer. read more

If you don't love Fourth Meal, we are not friends. Taco Bell is Taco Bell...you know exactly what you're ordering and going to get. You also know that after eating there's a 50% chance you'll be running for the toilet. With those odds how to people still keep going there???? Easy answer, it's delicious and cheap. read more

The food was what I expected....its a chain after all. However 30mins to get food in a fast food location is pretty unacceptable.

Arrived at Taco Bell ready for a feast of tacos. According to the website, Taco Bell closes at 2am. Went to place my order at the drive through at 1:45am and received a message that Taco Bell is closed. Proceeded to have to sit in line waiting for everyone in front of me to get their tacos. Have been sitting here for 10 minutes. Having left my house specifically to purchase tacos, you can imagine that I'm quite upset. read more

The customer service in this place is the worst of any restaurant, fast food or normal. Our hash browns were barely cooked and our orders were wrong as well as a staff member all but yelling at us because of her own miswording. She told us if we didn't have cash we couldn't pay and then got mad when we questioned why we couldn't use the card readers on the ordering computers due to the fact that she was meaning to say we could only pay with card. Not very sanitary either and no cashier any time we've been there. read more

Nacho Fries! NACHO place to eat. We hit the drive thru up at 10:30pm hoping for relief from the hunger pains in our bellies after a long trip down from Myrtle Beach. Greeted by a hateful sounding woman on the intercom with, "Hold on, I'll be with you in a min." We finally ordered, and got the the window. The Mountain Dew was out so I returned it and asked for a Pepsi which the employee grudgingly gave me with the lid half off and continued my adventure. One would think that your "new" featured product (Nacho Fries) would be the one item you would ensure was correct, nope not here. Pretty sure my fries were either refrigerated before serving or perhaps cooked hours ago, the latter probably being the case as they were about as firm as a California judge on a illegal immigrant who committed murder. So now I get my hard taco out, they did manage not to put any lettuce on it which I requested, but they took the meaning of HARD shell to new heights with this one. I'm pretty sure it could've actually supported my weight if I stood on it! So Taco Bell, thank you for reminding me again exactly why is rather trust a gas station burrito with "special boom boom" sauce as opposed to giving you a penny of my money! read more

Today my wife ordered two steak crunch wraps and upon arriving home we discovered a a pile of mushy vegetables in the wraps and no meat at all. I took the 10 mile drive back there to report this food disaster and the female manager went and spoke to the employee and was hoping that the situation was being fixed but overheard a conversation between the manager and the cashier that the employee did not know how to prepare the items but gave them to my wife anyway. So a few minutes past and a bag was handed to me with a weak apology. My mistake though that I didn't check the order before I left because ,you guessed it ,I found the same mess and it appeared they handed me the same fouled up order! I will never return to that place ever again!! Everyone there needs to be fired or retrained period. read more

Tonight I experienced 2 customers unhappy with their service. But from what I understood y'all did nothing wrong. Shout out to Keonna K and the rest of the crew. Y'all were great! don't worry about jerks like them. read more

Food is typical Taco Bell but the service is horrible. At 9:30 at night I shouldn't have to wait 3-4 minutes on someone to ask for my order in the drive thru, and that's after I waited at least 5 minutes in line with one car in front of me. Then wait another 5 minutes at the window for my food while the employees talk about the customer in front of me in the drive thru line. Ridiculous! read more

Taco bell is supposed to be a great place for good, quick food. My average wait when at this location is at least 10 minutes, often 15+. To make it worse, the order often has mistakes. Managers are always appologizing, but the same problems persist (we're talking years here). Unfortunately it is the only one in the area read more

Usually this location has been known for being slow and very inattentive. My last three visits have not been that case. I was through the drive through quicker than any chick fil a and the girl at the window was very kind. Food was fresh and hot. Soda was perfectly carbonated. Great place for lunch. read more
