I had a wonderful experience at this taco bell, i have been to many taco bell's before including the other mt pleasant one and nothing compares to this! First of all all of our food we ordered was made with such love. Large portions, free drinks, and smiles! I would give zero stars if I could. But me and my friend went and ordered nacho fries and they gave us the fries without seasoning. We asked them to put the seasoning in it cause without it it's basic French fries we wanted the nacho seasoning. The workers were laughing in the back as if we were stupid. This is the first and only Taco Bell I've been to that didn't make the nacho fries right. And on top of that they dumped the seasoning on the top of the fries like a clump and didn't mix it in. We asked them to mix it in and the manager stepped in making a big deal out of something they should've done right in the first place. Ridiculous. Everyone looks like they're on drugs. Can't even do the bare minimum like making nacho fries correctly. My friend also is a vegetarian and ordered a bean burrito and got a beef burrito. Out of the five items we ordered the nachos were the only thing that was even slightly edible. Taco shells were wet and spongy, and the Chalupa shell was hard as cardboard and clearly stale. Do yourself a favor and go to any other spot than this. read more

I don't typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but this t-bell deserves it. They do a great job, never miss a beat, and are always friendly despite the high traffic they get. Food gets made quick, nothing is ever missing, it's warm, tastes good, sauce is all there, etc. Location is convenient and accessible, will always recommend this taco bell read more

I have gone 3 different times to this location and no one is in the drive thru line or parking lot, yet they say my order for one quesadilla will take 1 hour.. the next time I went again no one in line or parking lot and they tell me they can't take my order because of the line... doesn't make sense. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. The staff argued and complained the entirety of our visit. There were 2 different Door Dash drivers here, and one of them has been waiting for over an hour for his order. The person running the front counter was combative with numerous customers. Someone in the back making the orders complained loudly the entire time about everything. They blamed each other for the things that were going wrong and the language that was being used. The service was lacking. 30-40 minutes in the drive thru and there were NOT that many people. The clerk at the drive thru seemed like he was drunk or stoned. It was a struggle to get the order right with him, and at the end he didn't ask if we wanted to do a donation round up, he just did it. We normally do the round up but the fact he just did his own thing is obnoxious. Worst Taco Bell ever. This place is a circus. Their drink machine was broken. They only had sweet tea and mango tea, but no ice. The guy at the drive through window was ridiculously inappropriate, dropping F-bombs left and right. Not like " I'm having a melt-down and I'm upset, so I'm cursing"....no. Like this is how he always talks. He was arguing with co-workers with absolutely no sense of awareness for customers around him. He repeatedly insulted the place, saying something like " everything in this place is a F'd up". The manager was walking around him and never even thought twice about whether or not he was acting inappropriately. It's like she didn't even hear it. Waited in the drive thru from 10:45 to 11 to get breakfast and no one would answer us. Highly disappointed and won't be going back to this tacobell location. First things first I do not rate Fast Food places bad because they are Fast Food places. If it is a 4 star experience etc then that is what they get. I hate when I read reviews and you can tell the reviewer is downgrading the rating just because it is fast food. I have been to this location 2 times and both have been positive experience. The customer service was very good both times as the employees were friendly and helpful. To be honest I usually come here later in the evenings for a weekend TV binge snack. To me Taco Bell's food is perfect for that. Some tacos, Gordita Crunch and Crunch Wrap Supreme fit perfect with a Netflix binge night. Think this weekend going to be a Bell Night - Yeah!!! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. If you're lucky enough to catch them open when they're supposed to be, your order will likely be wrong or missing items. First of all, what Taco Bell closes at 8pm?! On top of that, they close at least an hour early on the regular!! They drag a sign over to block the drive thru and you can still see workers inside. This place must stay in business only because of the name and people who don't know any better. As I write this, we've been sitting in the drive through lane for 20 minutes. We cannot escape. From what I can see, the cars in front of us ordered only small bags of food. Each order has taken about 10-15 minutes. i've worked in food and bev, fast food, retail, customer service in general, and honestly, i know how it is. this is actually the first review i've ever left anywhere. that being said, every. single. time. i've come to this taco bell specifically, i've wait in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. one summer day there were 4 cars in line and i waited for an hour and a half. not to mention whoever's on the headset without fail has an attitude. i'm convinced there's just one lady running the whole show in there because of how long the lines are, if so, i applaud her and i feel her, but y'all gotta get more people on the schedule or better people on the schedule. if i had to run a whole taco bell by myself or with one or two people i would catch an attitude too, corporate if you somehow see this, please help this lady out or give her a raise or something. read more

I have been here three different times and have yet to be answered in the drive thru. It's honestly kinda impressive how bad this place is.

The past 6 weeks have been rather convincing regarding this place. 1. As a part of my order: 1 beef supreme burrito Result: I get home and find this is the 1 item missing. Shame on me for not checking before I left. So I call and talk to the mgr. come back in and we'll get you one. 2. I'm back for my beef supreme burrito. Also order a couple of crunchy chicken quesadillas. All looks good in bag. Result: I get home and open up a BEAN burrito disguised as what I ordered. Also, they must've disguised their crunchy chicken as plain cheese. So I call again: "we're so sorry, please come back in and let us make it up to you." Strike 3. Tonight I go in and explain my ongoing situation to the mgr on duty. "No worries. We'll get it right!" Result: All looks good in bag. I get home, this is the 3rd try, the beef burrito supreme actually is. I open the first quesadilla. It has all of the ingredients except for one. Yup, you guessed it...chicken. The second one was exactly the same. I don't go to fast food restaurants very often anymore. And make no mistake, that's exactly what Taco Bell is. Not a Mexican restaurant. A fast food restaurant. And by ALL indications, this one isn't even very good at that. Normally I cut people a lot of slack. I've given this place my business occasionally over the past 7 years as it is conveniently located. But, the past 6 weeks? Nope. Not gonna do it. It'll be a while before I give these folks my business. And when I do, you can bet I'll be inspecting and counting everything before I leave. The one star they did get was: A. A Yelp requirement B. Because at least they didn't charge me extra for being repeatedly ripped off. C. I'm still short 2 crispy chicken quesadillas. But I'm not going back anymore. This place was completely unprofessional. My husband did not receive a complete order. We got 2/12 of our family meal tacos. Once he got back to our hotel, we realized it was missing and he immediately went back to receive the remainder of our order. Once he arrived, he informed them part of our order was missing, and rather than apologizing for the inconvenience/extra gas spent due to THEIR error, the manager told him that she knew the tacos WERE in the bag, and even asked him to see in the bag. How infuriating that she would imply that we were lying. I personally called her to let her know that it was incredibly rude and bad service for her to have accused my husband of lying, and she proceeded to argue with me over the phone. I NEVER reach out to corporate, and always give the benefit of the doubt coming from the customer service/restaurant profession myself, but this was truly bad service. First when you drive up all of the employees are out smoking in the parking lot playing and laughing it up. Then they only have mobile order pick ups. So i place my order and it takes 20 min to get. I walk to the front door that's locked and knock. They are all sitting talking and won't even come to the door.
