Very poor quality. Ordered 2 double stacked tacos and 1 was unwrapped with all the contents at the bottom of the bag. They both had extremely low cheese. Taco Bell is the place to go if u want something delicious to eat one day, then be told another day that they take it off the menu. I can't eat here anymore cause there menu is always being downsized and if they could just keep a full menu they would be way more successful in my own opinion. And the service is always 50/50. Sometimes I'll have orders that are only $4.50 and when I get to window they make up something like "your total is $14.50" (dumb people) Then I have to repeat my order back to them ask them how much all that cost and the guy will relpy back "$4.50" and I'll say "that's more like it" and give him the money. read more

For how large of a chain Taco Bell is, I would expect so much more. I've been let down by multiple locations in the FM area, but my most recent visit to the Moorhead location was so disappointing. Not only did the drive through clerk tell me that they didn't have the seasoning for nacho fries (wtf) but the food that I was able to order, was something to be embarrassed of. I asked for medium and mild hot sauce and didn't receive any sauce at all. I've attached a photo of my cheesy Gordita crunch that came without any meat on it. I don't think I should have to open and double check every single item that I get through the drive through, but I'm going to have to start based on the most recent experience. read more

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I sat at the intercom for another 10 minutes (I think they could only handle working on ONE order at a time). While waiting, the employee forgot to turn off his headset and made me wait to order my food so he could smoke weed out of the car ahead of me at the window. After getting home realized that my cheese quesadilla and my crunch wrap both supreme were thinner than a spatula and would have been worth the wait for him to toke up if the food actually had food in it. Absolute waste of money and waste of time. That was the third try and I'm still questioning how they are even open and how they can let someone run it that gives so little care to food quality or customer service. I don't usually leave reviews on here (especially for fast food places) but I visit this Tacobell location all the time and I honestly don't think they've ever gotten my order right, I always order simple (crunchwrap and fiesta potatoes, or something like that). Today I ordered Nachos and they forgot to give me chips, one of many many examples that I have. I mean at this point I don't even think the employees read the orders, and just kind of make whatever they feel like. I've lived in Moorhead the past 5 years, and during my time at MSUM I've visited this tbell location many times. It seems hypocritical and illogical that I would keep returning to this location but still rate it one star. It's mostly just been for convenience sake. And I like to be a guy who gives second chances. Overall, from my average experience here, I have found that this is hands down the worst quality Taco Bell I've ever been to. My order has only been correct a handful of times; most of the time it's normal for something to be missing. Besides that, the crunchwrap is never actually filled with ingredients, it's probably just gonna be one side full of Nacho cheese with some soggy lettuce soaking in it. I'm really not tryna go all Karen on this place but damn get it together, the quality of food straight up sucks EVEN for fast food; it's not worth paying for. The GM Jacob went above and beyond to make things right. Well when you walk in it smells like a homeless shelter. The back area where they prep the food looks messy as hell so that tells you a lot. Just take a look back there before you order. I would give this Taco Bell 6 stars if I could. The staff here are so friendly and patient (which means a lot given the kinds of people they have to deal with constantly throughout the day). Wait times are seriously no big deal, especially considering how busy they always are. Multiple times I've come to this location and there is a sign on the door saying that they do not have enough staff to have the restaurant open and only the drive through. A few times the entire place has been shut down because there is no staff. This has been over at least a year or more it's been like this. I just left this Taco Bell. I'm so filled with rage from the horrid food I just put into my body that it will be a miracle If I don't set something on fire. The quesadilla I ordered came With two triangles that didn't even have any steak. Literally no steak. On top of that the cheese wasn't melted. So just to recap, I was served a tortilla, slightly toasted, with cold, un melted shredded cheese and only steak in the center 2 triangles of the 4 piece meal. As well as the dilla I had a gordita crunch. So I'm from out of town and working down in the area. It's like 9:30 and Google says that Taco Bell is open until 12am. It's a blizzard but I'm hungry so I decide to make the two block walk. I get there and cars are in the drive thru but the doors are locked. I'm freezing. I call and ask why the doors are locked. They tell me Google was referring to their drive thru. At this point I'm pissed and the Chicago girl in me comes out. I'm like what the hell, I just walked down here in all this snow and just hang up to take my butt home and order Uber Eats like any sane person. I turn around and start to walk away, but then a guy comes busting out the restaurant yelling you walked down here, come in and order. He's clearly shocked that I traveled my crazy butt down there in this weather as I am too now while I write this. So he lets me in, I order, and get my food. It's great but the experience is why I wrote my review. The customer service was exceptional. They could've let me walk back home but they actually cared. That spoke volumes about that crew in my opinion. I don't eat Taco Bell regularly at all but I will definitely be back based on this experience.
