First off the salsa was so watered down when I dipped my chips - they only were wet. There was little to no substance that would explain why this was described as a salsa. Granted my meal choice may have been fine and only my senses didn't get it. It was very plain. I tried the salsa over my meal it only made a slight difference - bland! The place was cute and the service was very good. That's definitely a plus but my meal was not satisfying. Wife's was ok she said but nothing special. Sorry!

At the time I was told I could not get anything. This memory repeated in my brain for years (if i admitted how old I am you would realize its a long time). My friend (from NM/TX) had relocated to Fargo for a 2 year stint teaching. I can usually trust her on mexican reviews. She told me this place was aweful. So my standards decreased. FINALLY after a lot of years (really a lot), I stopped and ordered a soft and hard shell taco. So that I could try it and see for myself. Well I can attest that the hard shell was quite tasty and I am kinda a fan! I did the drive through route since I always thought that was the only way and it wasn't until i was pulling in that I realized there is an inside. So I can attest, they have some good options. I would say a bit tastier than Taco Bell.

Our server was attentive, but a smile or a little friendliness would have gone a long way. We had two kids with us who ordered chicken strips and fries. When we asked for ketchup, we were given tiny packets that seemed to contain about three drops each. By the time I finished opening packet after packet, squeezing every last molecule of ketchup out, and creating a sticky mess on the table, my food was cold. The same could be said for the ranch containers--small, cheap, and gone before you knew it. I felt like I was preparing condiments for a fast-food drive-thru rather than dining in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. Both adult meals were cold and were lacking flavor. Considering the price, the meal simply wasn't worth the cost. We left disappointed and wondering what happened to a place we used to really enjoy.
