Took an uber straight from the airport to this chick fil a (luggage and all!) because it's the only reliable gluten friendly chain restaurant I trust when traveling. Online it showed open until 10pm, but when I arrived the doors were closed. It was 9:05pm. Their drive through remained open from 9-10pm, problem was I didn't have a car. A worker came to help me and said her manager shared it was a safety violation for me to order ahead or order from the drive through with no car, so I was disappointed and came to terms that I wouldn't have dinner that night! I ordered an uber in the freezing 30 degree night and waited 10 minutes for it to arrive. As my uber arrived, an incredible worker named (I think Hannah, blonde with glasses) came outside and asked if she could help me and offered to order my meal on her own dime. She refused to let me pay for it and said she was paying it forward. What an incredible act, I was so grateful having travelled all day to Fargo to now have a meal for dinner. First thing when we pulled in we asked for time to look at the menu. The line continued and they forgot about us. We had to go through the line again and they just said opps I forgot to take your order like it was nothing. Then once they started to take our order, they forgot multiple thing such as sauce for any of our food including my salad. No body wants a dry salad. Then appeared to have no remorse for forgetting us. They seemed very disorganized and confused. Over all very disappointed and not going back. read more

The clockk strikes 730pm and we're about halfway between Minot ND & Minneapolis. Panic strikes... 4 more hours to go, no time to stop but still too far to go without something to stop the tummy rumbles. Drive thru to the rescue! We pulled in to an open ordering screen and asked for 2 Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches then pulled to the window. We handed over a $20 & got back $8 & some change. Moments (which were filled with friendly chatter) later, we were handed our food - piping hot with a slightly mushy tomato as my only concern. Staying in town for awhile and went to Chik-fil-a. Ordered 8 ct nuggets, 8 ct grilled nuggets and two drinks in drive thru lane. We received the order minus the sauce that we ordered and two orders of waffle fries. Told them we did not order the fries. She said we did not specify that we didn't want the meal and just stared at us. Told her to just forget about it. Threw the fries away as we don't like them. Next day stopped again and ordered 30 nuggets for the kids. Got to where we were staying and the box had chicken tenders. Apparently this place is hard of hearing. No third chances. read more

This clown who calls himself manager trainee literally discriminated against me in hiring based on my age. He had my resume sees that I was adequately experienced and although I literally worked 80 hours a week at my job last year he tries to say I cannot do the job and he has frail kids with no experience running all over the kitchen. If you don't believe me look at the line, that develops through the drive-through that starts at 11:30 AM on 13thAve. People don't line up for bad food. My 2 complaints are: the gluten free bun tastes like garbage and I seem to have to ask the staff to wipe off my styrofoam beverage a lot cause they don't seem to notice I'd like to keep my hands clean when there's soda sticking to the cup. Our volleyball team came into this business after being rudely dismissed from Qdoba for no reason. They welcomed us and had no complaints about having to serve so many people. Super fast service!! My wife and I have visited dozens of Chick-fill-As around the USA and the Fargo location is our favorite! We dine there several times each week and breakfast is my wife's favorite. The chicken-egg and cheese is her go to sandwich. Manger/operator Kimberly runs a tight ship and the staff members are always kind, courteous, on top of things, and several even call me by name. Maybe I eat there too much? Our order, whether inside or in the drive-through, has been 98% accurate over the years. My only complaint has nothing to do with this restaurant, but the Chick-fil-A App. It can be most aggrevating at times. Too many steps and mine redeems rewards when I don't authorize them. We also used to get surveys on the customer receipt to redeem for a free sandwich, but that was discontinued. We wish the Fargo store many more prosperous years of operation! read more

Stopped to pickup an order for me and the kids, like I often do. Once again, my order was not ready when I got to the drive through window, so they asked me to wait in the VIP area so they can bring out my order when its ready. I waited 15 MINUTES, and they never came. Unfortunately, I had screaming children in the car, so I couldnt go inside. They told me that I needed to go inside, and speak to a manager before they would refund my order. When I called Hanna, the manager, she hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN Chick-Fil-A. I'm not a huge Chick-fil-a fan. Not because of any of their stances on things, just because I'm not a huge chicken sandwich fan. I decided I wanted a chicken sandwich on this day and elected to dine in. This restaurant was recently built and I less than a year old I think. It was well organized and very clean. They had a few Christmas decorations up and there wasn't a huge line. The staff was very friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their job and joking around with one another. The drive thru was insanely busy and kept the staff on their toes but it appeared they enjoyed the work. The manager was walking around helping clear tables, restock condiments and ensure patrons were satisfied with both the service and food. I don't have any complaints on the chicken deluxe sandwich. It was made quickly and well packaged. For someone that doesn't eat chicken sandwiches regularly this was a great sandwich. I noticed they had a breakfast menu and I would be tempted to try that on a future date. read more

I normally don't eat at fast food restaurants anymore, however because of the recommendations from friends I had to try it out. First off the cashier Pedro was great, his customer service was above and beyond. The food is great, real ingredients. I could tell the chicken was real, unlike other fast food places. Thousands of years from now, when all of pop culture dies out, the fil-a will remain and bronze statues will be erected in commemoration of this beautiful restaurant. The Fargo location is especially great. The management and specifically the manager is exceptional. If you get the app, you get free chicken. Chic-fil-a will always hold a special spot in my heart. I love Chick fil a but this trip was disappointing. We got the wrong receipt and instead of getting the ketchup and sweetener I asked for, I got 7 packages of Mayo. Additionally and most disappointing was the size of the chicken sandwich. It was about half the size I've gotten in the past.
