Delicious! This place has a wide variety of Asian cuisine and everything we tried was amazing. I…read moregot a poke bowl, my wife got sushi, and our friend got a beef bulgogi plate with rice and we were all very happy with our food. The only caveat was that my wife did order some Toro and it was definitely bad (as in not fresh). They did apologize and asked to remake it but we were good with the rest of the food so we didn't bother. Would have been five stars had that not happened. The vibe is super chill with really cool lighting. This place sits behind an ice cream shop so you walk in and follow a hallway to the main restaurant. Our server was nice enough and we would definitely come back to try more of the menu as they have so much to choose from! I also apologize for lack of pics as I was starving and scarfed my food down as soon as it came out lol

Had a great meal here for lunch this week. The three of us ordered 5 different items among us and…read moreshared them. My main two items were their Downtown Roll (Tempura shrimp, spicy mayo, crunch & more) & Dakota Roll (spicy tuna, crunch, avocado & more) - which were the items the group liked the best. The service was attentive and we received our food very quickly. If you've never been there, Poke Bowl is upfront and then you walk into Wasabi in the back, on your left.

Located in Brewhalla, this place has a lot of potential…read more The menu is solid here with some clear wins. The Togarashi tots were absolutely fire and easily the highlight of the meal. Crispy, well-seasoned, and something I'd order again without hesitation. Unfortunately, the noodle dish itself fell short. I ordered the Basic B Hot Noodles with chicken dashi, chicken thigh, soft egg, citrus, greens, and pickles. The chicken was rubbery, the broth was lukewarm and very transparent, and the dish was topped with cold carrots and greens, which further dropped the overall temperature. The result was a bowl that felt unfinished and lacked the comforting warmth you expect from hot noodles. The dish was served with standard plastic cutlery and no proper broth spoon, which made eating noodles and soup awkward and out of place for the style of food being served. There's potential here, and parts of the menu clearly work, but consistency and execution need attention. With better temperature control, properly cooked protein, and basic tableware upgrades, this could be much stronger.

Owner Nikki and Head Chef Ryan are on to something. Running multiple restaurants and stands in the…read morearea such as: Luna (an upscale, small plate, dining experience, where the menus change every day alongside a killer cheese and meat counter), Unicorn Park Eatery (amazing hotdogs, hamburgers, and more), Nova Eatery, Sol Ave, and yes the "House of Noods and Buns". It's a great spot if you want a quick fix for some bao, ramen or misc. I love a good bao - there's something special about a tender light, fluffy bun and all the beautiful meat or veggie combinations that can be put inside of one. My go to here is the Maitake mushroom bao but I've tried them all, and they are all amazing. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient. Plus checking out Brawlhalla is a whole Nother experience that I will write about soon. If you are in Fargo, this place is a must stop.
