The burger selection is honestly impressive. With 50+ specialty burgers on the menu, there's something for everyone--from classic builds to bold creations piled high with unique toppings. The quality of the beef stands out: juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Even the buns hold up well against the towering stacks. Beyond burgers, they've got solid appetizers (the fried pickles and cheese curds are local favorites), good wings, and a wide beer selection featuring regional and national brews. Portion sizes are generous, so come hungry. Service is typically friendly and fast-paced, even when it's busy--which it often is. It's a popular spot for a reason. For an appetizer, I ordered the cheese curds, they were hot, but very average. Not bad, not great, just your standard bar-style curds. For my meal, I decided to try something different and went with the donut burger. Definitely an odd combo, but it was fun to try while in town. Flavor-wise, it was fine, unique, but not something I'd order again. The mac and cheese side, though, was a miss. Easily one of the weakest parts of the meal. I'm not sure why so many restaurants struggle with mac and cheese but still feel confident charging extra for it. On the bright side, the $5 happy hour drinks were great, generous pours and a solid bartender. Overall, this place is your average, run-of-the-mill sports bar. Nothing special, but not bad if you're just looking for a casual spot to grab a drink and a bite.

Our experience in Fargo North Dakota was much different. The staff here was amazingly sweet... I think they call it North Dakota nice. We sat in the bar two separate occasions and both sets of bartenders and weight staff were amazingly sweet. They have a very big menu and standing there looking at it when you go in, is a bit much. They have quite a few options, value baskets, chicken, seafood, sides, drinks, lemon ice, sandwiches, salads and much more. One of the items that caught my eye were the butter burgers. Looking at the ingredients, this is a fresh, never frozen beef, served on a lightly buttered toasted bun. This I might have to try another time. After finally choosing something, I ordered the cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad. My daughter ordered the value basket, grilled chicken sandwich. This is a bargain costing 11.89, it comes with fries and a drink. We ordered the kid's meal which is also a deal at 6.99. Kids get their choice of meal with fries, drink and ice cream. We also ordered a side of onion rings. All of the items in our meals were good. I was particularly very happy with the cranberry bacon bleu salad. Lots of chicken, cranberries, blue cheese and bacon. It's a really good size and I had leftovers for sure to take home. I'd like to mention that this business practices inclusion. Many of the employees exhibit some type of disability. Giving people the chance to be productive in life, is simply commendable. My daughter experienced a big delay in picking up and order done online. Looking at the reviews there seems to be a problem with this. Hopefully Culver's can get this together and make sure that delays like this stop happening. Would I go back here? Yes, I would. I gave this a 3 simply because I'd like to revisit this place, try more items and see how that goes. I definitely will.
