I enjoyed the history of India on the wall dating back to 3600 BC. We ordered vegetable samosas, Garlic naam, Chicken Biryani and palak paneer both at medium heat. Somosas came out quickly nice and hot. The pastry was crispy and the filing had some heat but it was not the most flavorful that I have had. The garlic naan was superb, fresh, hot, and tender. The biryani was had nice chunks of chicken thighs with a good amount of heat. The palak paneer was delicious, spinach and paneer, just the way I like it. The service was attentive and kind. Overall, I would recommend Passage to India and will definitely go back on my next trip to Fargo. (No Pictures, I was too hungry to wait).
