Today has a high temperature of 101 deg with an excessive heat weather advisory. In that context, I just watched this Taco Bell charge a transient person ten cents for a cup of water. If that wasn't despicable enough, after he found the ten cents they wouldn't give him a cup until he coughed up a penny to pay for tax. This is a repugnant business practice void of any shred of human dignity . When the weather is this hot we all need to step in to do our part. Some of the worst customer service ever! I understand during rushes you don't have the happiest of faces etc because of the stress and choas but I just went and a pretty damn slow time and every single worker had a rude face on, not one greeted me. Do not come to this taco bell. The coward manager wouldn't even come to drive thru to talk to me. I've been picking up mobile orders here through the drive thru since i started using the app. They refused to give me my order at drive thru and had to wait behind four cars. I wasn't expecting to go inside so i had slippers and pajamas basically on. They didn't care and i was embarrassed and humiliated at this restaurant. Again they don't care. The overall appearance of the taco Bell I was sticking to the floor and you could see a trail on out the door of Filth out onto the sidewalk. Clean it up and that means you stinky stinky soda machine, and the mat that's there on the floor take it out and hose it down and hot water. Clean it up if you don't want to do that health department I will not hesitate to call the health department. I am not one to eat fast food often, however tonight I was craving something bad! What I mean by bad is I wanted fast food! But not just any fast food. I wanted a beef Gordita from Taco Bell. Well I was sad to hear they no longer make those, the young woman at the drive through told me that they hadn't carried those in about 7-10 years! Okay well what do I know? It's been a minute since I've eaten at Taco Bell! Let me tell you the girl suggested the chalupa it's like a Gordita but it's fried, so yeah even better right? Well my Gordita was perfect! I mean when I unwrapped it, I swear it looked like food on a commercial! Anyway not only was my meal great so was the staff! What they did have was patience and kindness! Something we aren't seeing much of these days! I personally haven't. I would recommend that anyone who loves Taco Bell try the Gordita! I don't know if it's the parking lot design or the staff, expect a line out into the street and a long wait. My family comes to this location quite often. There was a minor issue with one of our transactions & Tim took care of it immediately no questions asked. The following day John his supervisor called me back just to follow up. Isaac was wonderful as well to help. There was a female by the name of Stacy I spoke to via phone...& may I add there was a small misunderstanding in which I may have come across a little rude. She amazingly kept her cool & was the best in dealing with me. Very impressive especially not expecting this type of customer service from taco bell. This location has the most kind employees I've ran into. I'd rather deal with a little slower drive thru service than deal with rude & unhappy employees that'll mess up orders & end up coming back. read more

While the location itself is nice, the customer service is lacking. While I was their we experienced trouble with a credit card going through and the associate did nothing to try and fix the situation, just accused us of not having money on the card. This Taco Bell is absolutely repulsive. I don't know the manger on duty a man wearing glasses obviously gay for one it takes over 10 minutes to get my order right because they kept getting it wrong on the screen all I did is ask for no lettuce. I pull up to the window when u get my drinks I say thank you politely and yet no response on the workers end which I find very rude. Then I get home and have my receipts. I got a bean burrito with extra red sauce I open the burrito none at all which it comes with it in general. All my steak quesadillas have lettuce in them which they should at all when I asked for no lettuce on anything, and lettuce on my taco. I call because I'm very upset the "manager" claims to say he can only refund me ONE quesadilla. I just spent 16 dollars at your location and you have the audacity to say you can refund me ONE of SEVEN item that were incorrect on you, and it's pretty frustrating I went OUT OF MY WAY to CORRECT my order to make sure it would be RIGHT to AVOID this exact situation. When I begin to compose my anger to this so called "manager" about this refund of ONE item he then says BYE and hangs up on me. I dont know about all you but I'm very known in Modesto California and I will not tolerate being treated like this for money I'm giving you.
