The OVERPRICED Taco Bell or the Burger King down the street that doesn't honor BK coupons from the BK app and probably the physical ones too. 1st major issue is that it's Taco Bell and there pricing is about $1 more than every other Taco Bell. 2nd MAJOR ISSUE. The add-ons is DOUBLE the price. From San Diego, all the way up the coast, I get almost the same thing every time. The Crunchwrap Supreme should be about $4 not over $5. Plus the triple layer nachos from the $1 craving menu should NEVER BE $2.50 after adding ground beef, (should be $.60 NOT $1.20), & Sour Cream, which should be $.30 not $.60. 2 orders of the triple layer nachos, my way, should be around $3.80 before tax. Never should it be $6.43 and then talking to me like I'm stupid and saying it's because you added... No idiot! It's because of your stoopid a** ridiculous pricing con artists. read more

Even though I'm closer to the SSF store, I go to Millbrae because the last time I went to SSF, the drive-thru took a half hour. I hardly ever have to wait at the Millbrae store. Today I went inside to order. Everything looks clean and new. Raj, the general manager, was friendly and understanding. It's Taco Bell. Nothing fancy, just the typical fare. Service is quick and efficient. This Taco Bell sits on the east side of El Camino Real, just west of BART/CalTrain station in Millbrae. You cannot make a UTurn on El Camino if you are headed south so it makes this place very difficult to get into. You should only stop here if you are headed north on El Camino and plan to continue heading north when you leave. read more

Staff on cell phone but got order right. Standard clean interior and foods were TB good for a late night munch fest. TB has always been part of my childhood. I recall our elementary school would offer Tacos from Taco Bell on Thursday. We'd buy tickets for I think .25 and bring it to the TB table to get am authentic TB crunchy taco. Back then it was taco sauce cups (like McDonald's dipping sauces) and us adventurous pre-teen foodies in the making would have a contest to see who could drink the most taco sauce,without drinking, in one sitting. For only $1.99 you get a mango slush topped with strawberries with a thicker than 7-11 type straw, the kind with a spoon...I guess a slurpee would be cheaper, but this tastes not as artificial. I give this place half a star because the girl at the drive up is "nice" for California....she had a hint of friendliness in her voice. This is one of those "Would've given 0 starts if I could" moments...Very disappointing experience (guess that's what you get from Taco Bell nowadays). I ordered just an order of bread sticks...only a small purchase. But when I opened them at home less than five minutes later, I found bread sticks so old and stale they were the texture of croutons. Additionally, there was NO time stamp or other information noted in the "Fresh Until" area on the box. Isn't this a violation of health code?? This is the kind of irresponsibility in restaurants that makes people sick, not to mention wasting customers' money! Also, conveniently, there was no receipt included with my order for me to reference an order number. This is all on top of the mediocre (at best) service at this Taco Bell. I was really planning to give this Taco Bell a great review. The staff was ridiculously, inhumanly friendly. The sweetest woman ever was wishing everyone a beautiful day - seriously, just, heart warming. I got exactly what I ordered in about 3 minutes, and it tasted as good as anything from Taco Bell ever tastes. However, even before I had finished my food, my digestive system began to rebel. It was having none of this, and worked in overdrive to push the meal south of my border, if you catch my drift. I can't argue with that, and thus, the poor review. Just got taco bell this morning, I ordered two breakfast crunchwraps a breakfast biscuit and hashbrowns. The two ladies working charged me for the entire order but only gave me one breakfast crunchwrap and the biscuit. Thats fine people make mistakes but when I went back to get the remainder of my order the ladies acted like I was not telling the truth. I was very disappointed that I had to deal with their attitude when they has made a mistake and made me have to come back around to get the rest of my order. This particular location is kind of slow honestly at night in the drive-thru. I think last time I waited almost 30 minutes. On the plus side, in the inside is really clean but I can't say I've stepped foot inside during daylight hours in the last decade... I mean who wants to eat Taco Bell when proper restaurants are open LOL They didn't give me any hot sauce (or even ask, so I forgot) when I went through the drive-thru last time. This is one of those times that I wish I could give a negative star. This had to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Service was absolutely terrible. I was In the drive-through for 10 minutes before closing time only to have the lights turned out on me when I finally got to the order speaker. I had to call the restaurant to speak to the manager. His response was "too bad we're closed" I got to the window asked for the manager and the person at the window said there was no manager there that could talk to any of the customers. Run from this place I went to this Taco Bell on Wednesday, December 9th at about 11:10am the lady at the drive through window was so rude and looked miserable! I asked for extra cheese she gave me attitude and she looked shocked I would even ask for extra cheese! plus the cost for a burrito with extra cheese over $3. bucks it takes you all of 3 bites to finish one of their bean and cheese burrito.
