If I could give zero I would. This is the worst service and quality of food. I ordered tacos and to my surprise there was NOTHINg in them. On top of that I gave the cashier payment that would require her to give me a 10 dollar bill back and she tried to short change me and couldn't understand the simple arithmetic. I do not like leaving any negative reviews but our experience was unpleasant and made us feel very unwelcome. This was the drive through at 2 pm - not crowded at all , infact there was no one behind us. The person taking the order was rude and wasn't letting us finish our order - she kept asking us pull around even while we ordered. All the while that my husband was trying to add items - he wasn't even slow, we already knew what we wanted - 2 tacos , small Mac n cheese,one order of fries and a drink . Then eventually when we were asking for sides and drink, she said "no sir, pull around" - refusing to add the remaining items! And she would not listen further. We did pull around and it wasn't the woman who took our order. They didn't give us our entire order, nor any condiments, tissues or even a fork (we had a small Mac n cheese). Anyway, we recommend not stopping by here if you are hungry unless you want to feel discriminated. read more

Yesterday I ordered 3 chicken strip meal w honey mustard for my sauce! During the voice box encounter, "NIYA" laughed and said "hold up miss what you said I done forgot!" I had to tell her 3 times - then came the attitude. When I got to the window she snatched my money from me and I kept my cool. Then without checking my bag BECAUSE SOMETHING IS ALWAYS LEFT OUT. I asked for 3 ranches. She tossed them at me. At this point I'm outraged and I let her know how unprofessional she was and I'd be calling to report her. We stop at a lot of Taco Bells when we travel bc my son is vegan and this is one of the few fast food restaurants that has something he can eat-the spicy potato soft tacos. This Taco Bell is new and clean, the restroom is clean too. The inside is open. Service at the drive-through was fast and courteous. A much better Taco Bell than the one an hour south of it in Richmond Hill. That TB is old and shabby, the lobby is still closed due to covid, and the drive-through mike was so bad we had three mistakes with our order. This is the worst Tacobell. Being one of about 5 places to eat in Metter, you'd think they'd get their shit together. But no, just tried to order at 10:40. They open at 10:30. The girl said they weren't open yet, when I asked them if they in fact opened at 10:30, she said yes but they weren't ready. If you open at 10:30, then be ready at 10:30. Don't all sit outside smoking and make customers wait 20 minutes till you're "ready". They don't honor "happy hour" like every other tacobell even though it's advertised on their sign you see while ordering. And everytime I come here, the order is wrong, or missing something like straws, napkins, etc. 1/10, do not recommend. Save your money and go to the one in Statesboro. read more

Horrible service! I have stopped in here twice. The first time, I saw all of the people waiting and not one of them with food, and so I left. I don't know why I gave the place a second chance. - Guess I was hungry for a bean burrito and nachos. After ordering, I waited 45 minutes for my "fast" food. Yes, you read correctly FORTY-FIVE minutes later, I got my "burrito" - which was mostly tortilla and just a tiny amount of beans. The entire place was full of people waiting, with no food. I would have left, but it was too long of a wait to try to get my money refunded. I will NEVER stop here again. Travelers along I-16, be warned. read more
