A new Taco Bell moved into a new shopping center off of Wickham Rd. It has a drive through and eat in dining. I have experienced both. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to order. Besides the regular menu items such as Tacos, Burritos, Nachos etc. they are expanding their menu to accommodate all customers tastes. I frequent there usually in the morning, and typically order the California Crunch Wrap. It consists of eggs, cheese, guacamole, and hash browns. It is delicious and very satisfying. I add a touch of sour cream and salsa to kick it up a bit. My husband typically orders the Breakfast Burrito, and he enjoys that. The food is good for a fast food chain. This Taco Bell is actually horrible. They forgot a burrito that I ordered, my Baja blast was extremely watered down, and they gave me mild sauce instead of the hot sauce that I asked for. My bad for not checking the drink and the bag I guess. Not to mention the girl with the blue and white hair that was at the window had the worst attitude for no reason even tho I was nice and polite. The food was absolutely delicious. I ate so quickly. But my sister ate the fastest. The service was as always. You out in the order, and they call your name. Now time for the cons. The tables were dirty. And, in the back left corner, there's a four seat table that the AC is blowing directly on, so it was cold. Over the years, I have been shorted on food, received wrong orders, they constantly skimp on ingredients on your food, but today is by far the worst experience yet. I actually stopped eating here due to the horrible service in the past but my daughter stopped by to grab food so we could have lunch together. Never in my life have I dealt with someone like this at a fast food restaurant and want to warn people of this. I went to this restaurant's drive thru and attempted to order the new chicken tacos. I was informed that they were out. No worries. There were two cars waiting at the window and absolutely no vehicles behind me. I told the person no worries I'll just back out since there was a line ahead of me and no one behind. The person then said I couldn't back out. As I was backing up I heard the person say you fucking asshole. I stopped backing out and pulled forward and said who do you think you're talking to. I then said I wanted to talk to the manager to which she said I am the manager and continued to cuss at me. Needless to say I called her every name in the book and backup and left. Once I got home I told my girlfriend what happened and she called and got the same type of treatment over the phone by Amanda who said she was the manager and then she hung up on my girlfriend and proved that she was exactly the way I described the situation. read more

I've been a Taco Bell kid since... well, like let's say a few, er, decades. Never once got sick, the runs, or E-coli like some other Mexican joints. That's the benefit of a well-oiled franchise. With that said, I gave it a couple weeks to iron out all the kinks, like I usually do for all new restaurants. No one starts off sailing smoothly. The best taco Bell did not disappoint. My burrito supreme was perfect as it usually is, with plenty of beef and beans, & I could load as much hot sauce on his I want available in the disposable packets in front of the counter. Service was fast and friendly, I was out within 10 minutes and I had a pretty complex order for the whole family. And the prices are always right, I can feed a family of 5 for under 20 bucks. This Taco Bell deserves the one star that I have given it. The drive through lady was extremely rude and loud, as she yelled between every order we made random words. She made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, after we received our food, they did not even give us everything we ordered. They did not give us a receipt at all so we could not prove it.
