Wow! I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a fast food place, hands down! I pulled right up to order and was told to wait. 10 minutes later someone came on and said it is going to be a wait. I ordered and with 2 cars in front of me I waited 30 minutes before reaching the window. I waited at the window for about 10 more minutes. They didn't have an item I ordered but already charged me, no refund given. Part of my order was wrong, so they fixed it and away I went after 45 minutes. The SLOWEST drive thru - after waiting long enough to download the app, setup an account and order online instead of waiting, I came in and the girl at the counter didn't even greet me, stretched and walked away. There were more staff talking to each other and drinking drinks and finishing their lunch behind the counter than working. The only 2 actually working was one older man doing the assembly line and the girl at the drivethru window. And, the floor in the very visible kitchen area was filthy. It's not a staffing issue - here and other places - but staff with any work ethic issue. This location has no menu in the dining room; it is set up where you can only order via one of three kiosks. This is unacceptable, and poor for the customer experience. McDonalds is pushing this garbage also where they are trying to eliminate the human experience. Wish I could have gotten my food that I mobile ordered ahead for but the employees locked the doors and wouldn't let me get the food even tho it was sitting on the mobile pickup shelf. 9:30 pm and the employees are locking up a store that closes at 4:30 am, I can see why they make $8 an hour. im not one to leave a review, never have but really hate this is the most convenient taco bell. every time we come theres an issue. either the fountain drink, the food, etc. we ordered double decker taco x2, 2 ct cinnabon delight, and soft taco. on the menu we looked at ingredients for double decker and nowhere saw beans so we thought there were no beans on it. we get them and they have beans on them. i waited up at the counter for about 10 minutes and they helped people that had gotten there way after me and they tried to correct me, got a refund for those. by the time i came back my food was ice cold. i ordered more food and they burnt it on purpose, the timer kept going off. read more

Stopped by the drive through last night around 11 pm for a quick bite after spending 4 hours in the ER with my son. The service was slow, then when we got to the window the older lady with a braided pony tail just shoved the bag of food out the window along with the wrong drink - when I told her it was the wrong drink she shoved it harder so I took it, then she looked at her screen and fixed the correct drink and with another shove said "Here" and slams the window? It doesn't matter how much Taco Bell spends on marketing or locations, if this type of service is allowed to continue they will be challenged to grow. I went through the drive they for lunch yesterday. There were a couple of cars in front of me and it moved pretty quickly. When I ordered the worker was so nice and had a great attitude. She seemed happy to be working. I got to the window and my food was ready. They seal the bag with a sticker now because of COVID. I got home and my order was correct! This is the nicest Taco Bell I've ever seen. It was recently a Schlotzsky's and then some sports bar. I'm surprised they converted it to a Taco Bell because it's a pretty large restaurant. Inside you'll find a nice brick layout that feels a lot closer to a hipster coffee shop than a lowly Taco Bell. The food is what you'd expect. Parking is ample, with easy on and off from the 411, thanks to a traffic light. I really don't think you'll find a nicer Taco Bell so if that's your craving, pick this one! read more

This place is hit or miss, sometimes you get good food, other times you get burned flour burritos or tacos. I grew up around this area and this place started off great, the food was hot and fresh and cooked with care. However as I grew older I started to receive poorer quality food, the customer service has always remained consistent though. I have visited this restaurant several times and each time it is worse. I have waited 15 minutes for my order only to be disappointed with a Mexican pizza that was a gelatinous mess of too much sauce and no cheese.
