Came here for the ribs and enjoyed the music-theme atmosphere too. We sat under a Twisted Sister guitar which was funny since we're visiting from Long Island. The ribs were exceptional, the coleslaw phenomenal and overall we just really enjoyed our meal and time here. Marked as a favorite for next time we're in the area.

Loved the music they placed while we sat at the bar. The place wasn't busy. There's a sign outside that says "Happy Hour 11-7". However, asking the bartender what the happy specials were - she had no clue. We also discovered she didn't have any experience with drinking. Wasn't able to recommend the better of 2 IPAs to another patron. She could have told the patron - this is the one that most people order but instead she said I don't know, I've never had either. We ordered appetizers as our dinner. And they were both really good. Pretzels came with both mustard & cheese. Love that we didn't have to pick only one. Nachos were good too! Yum!

Two Doors Down has The Pickled Pig, which now serves lunch, much to my delight. The bologna sandwich is very good. As a side, the bacon topped potato salad made this meal complete. The only reason I'm not giving this a five star review is because it is still a bar for folks over 21, and the smell of smoke kind of lingers at lunch time.

We flew in on a late flight to TYS and were hungry. We weren't really familiar with the area, so we checked out Yelp for some ideas. This place popped up and the menu looked good, plus they were open until 2:30 a.m. and it was already 12:30 a.m. We parked down the hill behind what we thought was the restaurant and went up & into it. Wrong place. A dive bar that was 2 doors UP from where we were trying to go. We walked through, out the front door, and walked TWO DOORS DOWN. Not sure if they are with the same owners or group, but they have very different clienteles. Two Doors Down is a more college aged to +/- 35 year old fun crowd. Live music, sports TV screens, ... Seat yourself & a server will be there soon. Great service by our waitress who was very attentive and outgoing. She checked back frequently and was on-point. We ordered the Tennessee Tots (recommended), Jack Daniels chili 5-ways, and Mac & cheese w/ pulled pork. Very delicious. A slight (very slight, but still) bit on the salty side, at the level of about 1/2-way through you really notice it & then ¾- done you're at your salty limit, even if you're hungry. Aside from that, the flavors were really good, presentation was nice for this caliber of venue (it's a bar & grill, not a white glove restaurant) and we were satisfied. We left with no hunger. We would come back.

Pulled pork nachos. Full serving. This was huge.

Went for the food. Wasn't thrilled it was in a bar as that's just not my style. It definitely smelled like cigarettes inside. :( but the food was great! Next time I go I'd go during nicer weather and sit on the patio. The prices were fair, and the food was delicious.

The only thing I can think of that was dissatisfactory was the smoke. The food was well priced and good

I usually start by having a drink next door at Brackins, but that place is more of a dive bar, so I always end up coming over to Two Doors after.

We shared the house salad with the creamy feta dressing. It was yummy with local fresh heirloom tomatoes and plenty of mozzarella. They have an extensive menu, but I had the pizza last time, which was really good, so both my husband and I ordered pizza this time as well. His was a 14" hamburger and bacon with traditional tomato sauce. Mine was a 12" Alfredo base sauce with ham, bacon, onion, black olives, and spinach. I typically eat gluten free as a preference to help with my inflammation, but they use a sourdough crust that is more easily digestible. The pizza was delicious; crispy at the back but just chewy enough to not be too crunchy. Our server did a great job taking care of us, bringing refills without us having to ask, and checking in frequently. The atmosphere is cool, having things local to Tennessee. It's a bit of a sports bar feel with plenty of big screen TVs on the walls with different games on. The kitchen is open and you can watch them hand toss pizza crusts and see the pizza oven, and the fired grill. Overall, we'd give it 4.5 stars and definitely go back again!
